JD gyms Gloucester
JD gyms Gloucester:
1. New facilities that is always clean! It doesn't smell, it's not dusty, and it doesn't stink of sweat.
2. So much option! There is over 10 heavy weights racks to do RDL's, squats, deadlifts! There is over 20 treadmills! There is over 10 benches for free weights! And my favourite part is the glute builder machines! Yes there is only one of each but I have never had to wait! (Bring more!!!!).
3. Showers and locker space is lovely. There drop of lockers outside of the changing rooms is a smart idea.
4. Getting into the gym is super easy. QR code and you are in. The app is pretty basic but would be cool to have a attendance counter?
5. Good music on the speaker, not just radio shit like most gyms.
6. Gym staff are so friendly!
7. Vending machines have a nice option of drinks, including health related ones for any health junkies.
8. It's never busy lol due to the size! You could have 50 plus people and it would feel empty.
Par from that it's awesome. The best one in Gloucester. Compared to other competitors like PureGym and everlast which are both due an upgrade, it's awesome to have this new gym in the block.
