Was 5 stars about 6 weeks ago. I loved that it was always clean showers changing room etc. Recently male showers have been quite grim. Rarely see any cleaners now.....SORT THIS!!! Also the QR code hasn't worked recently forcing me to ring for employee. Plus annoyingly twice in 3 days sauna was switched off 🤦

Gym of choice in Gloucestershire
Really well-equipped and spacious gym. Facilities in general are modern, clean and tidy. Helpful staff. Joined when the gym first opened in December 2025 and haven’t looked back. Drive over from Cheltenham several times a week to work out, there is trouble-free parking. I train off peak and rarely have to wait for equipment to become free. Membership is good value for money. This gym is a revelation after all the issues I experienced at David Lloyd. Recommended.
One small issue: I like to wipe down cardio equipment after use as a courtesy to other members. It would be created if wipe dispensers could be refilled from time to time. Thanks.

New to the area, needed a gym to meet all my needs, from machines to facilities. Cannot complain, staff are friendly and helpful.
