Great service all round - I knew exactly when to expect my delivery - received call previous day and a half hour before delivery. Driver Anmol and Dilraj were polite and very helpful- they carried in my wall unit!

They made no effort to contact me or confirm my delivery. The only time I had any confirmation about a delivery being made was when I contacted their customer service, which said the delivery was not scheduled.
Then I recieved a call 20mins before delivery, out of nowwhere, luckily I was in at the time to collect the delivery.
Then they refused to help me carry the items up my stairs.
So all around pretty terrible experience.

I bought a coffee table and a sideboard. After my first order done then contacted me by email that the product was out of stock and have to wait for certain days, than I requested an replacement plus a coffee table to balance the amount for discount. The staff was very patient and helpful to sort it out for me.
Delivery came earlier than planned which really surprised me.
Beautiful products and delivery guys were very friendly, will definitely buy again from this company. Highly recommended

Absolutely appalling service from JBS Delivery.
They emailed us to confirm a suggested delivery date. We replied clearly, two days in advance, that we would not be home that day. They responded asking if we were sure, saying it can take time to reschedule. We confirmed again, in writing, that we were not available.
Despite this, they attempted delivery anyway.
We then received an email claiming we had “missed” the delivery and were told we had to pay £40 to reschedule, even though they were explicitly informed not to come on that date. This feels like either complete incompetence or a deliberate attempt to charge unnecessary fees.
When the delivery was finally made on the rearranged date, every single box was extremely wet and visibly damaged. These were brand new items, so this clearly reflects a total lack of care in handling and transporting goods.
Poor communication, ignored instructions, unjustified charges, and damaged deliveries. I would strongly advise others to avoid using this company if you expect basic professionalism and care.

Your company were supposed give 24 hours for delivery, which they did not do. I was at work so they delivered it to my elderly neighbours. The item was a solid wood table and I live only my own so had to arrange for friends to help me . The courier had unfortunately damaged the table by using a sack trolley. The cross beam on the table was completely broken.
So I am obviously very unhappy with your service.
