Great start poor finish

Great communication from the get go , but upon delivery , panel's were left in the communal hallway , already had a complaint from the head of the committee, I am not local , and the poor girl in the 1st apartment is getting it in the neck , due to laziness of the delivery drivers , they asked me what floor it was on prior , shame great start bad finish

This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide.

We are currently reviewing the details of your delivery with our logistics team to understand what happened and why the service did not meet expectations. Your feedback is extremely important to us and helps ensure we improve both communication and delivery standards going forward.

I received an email what day delivery would be and between what times. I also received an update on the approximate time they would be with me. They were extremely polite and friendly, also willing to remove their shoes to bring items i side. Really ,really pleased with everything

Excellent service from JBS. Text received Friday lunchtime giving delivery slot between 7-10 next morning (a Saturday) Phone call received at 8.23am to say they were 30-35 minutes away. Arrived at 9.30 and 3 huge boxes delivered with ease!

This was one of the worst delivery…

This was one of the worst delivery experiences that I have ever had.
Firstly, the men rang my doorbell, I opened the door but they had returned to the van for 10 minutes, whilst I stood at the door. They were fitting my headboard but came without any tools and asked me to provide them. Next, they appeared to have little idea of what they were supposed to do and fitted the headboard in a lopsided manner. They were also supposed to fit the valance but didn't know what to do with it. They didn't even have a tool to remove the packaging, asking me if I wanted to unpack it?
As a final insult, they walked mud over my new bedroom carpet.

Absolutely brilliant service from start…

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish! The team kept me fully informed throughout, sending regular emails and updates at every stage. I always knew exactly what was happening with my order. On the day of delivery, they arrived right on time, just as promised.

A huge thank you to everyone involved—you did an outstanding job. I’m a very happy customer! The furniture I purchased are absolutely stunning. They look incredibly luxurious and of exceptional quality, and I’m truly impressed. Honestly, I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience.
