FITBIT VERSA

I bought a fitbit versa from these guys and must confess I was sceptical because the price was FAR cheaper than I could find anywhere else online. I cannot fault the service I got with good communication, tracking number provided and item arrived safely when they said it would. I will definitely use them again and will recommend to others.

Impressive

A part of me was a bit hesitant because of how cheap the product was in comparison to the RRP. However, it was legit and I saved an incredible amount of money. Highly recommended and thank you!

I bought with confidence, once I'd done my research

I was looking for the Fitbit Versa 2 and found JayCenter to offer the best price online, so like others, my scepticism led me to check out their company reg details and Trustpilot reviews before ordering. I felt confident enough to put my order in and within 30 minutes I received a despatch notice with a tracking reference and it arrived 2 days later. Very happy.

Looking through the 1 star reviews on here, I wish customers who have been disappointed for whatever reason, to allow the retailer more time to respond before delivering their review. I understand it can be frustrating when something you order doesn't turn up the next day (Amazon Prime has raised everyone's expectations for next day delivery), but don't hold people them to ransom, giving 1 star reviews with a promise only to increase it if they fix your problem immediately.

Service NO service

Ordered an item on the 8th paid for it recieved an email three days later to inform me it was out of stock. Still waiting on the refund poor service as the site stated plenty of stock when I ordered. They now ask do I have a PayPal account if I had I would have used it. Now 18th 10 days later waiting for refund. Phone number never answered. Would not recommend this company at all. It look Jaycentre until 26th to refund my money that was only after I had reported them to Amazon pay. Definitely a no no for me.

Great deal from a genuine company

At first, I was a little weary as I had never heard of Jaycenter and they were offering an item I wanted at such a good price I though it might be too good to be true. But after some research, I could find to no evidence that this was anything but a genuine deal from a genuine company, so I made the order. I was not disspointed. I received the order in good time and as described. A great service! Thanks, Jaycenter!

My first experience with this shop

My first experience with this shop. The price on XM4 Sony seemed too good to be true (around 70 quid under competition) but I'll be damn it arrived quickly and everything was 100% how it should. The headphones are genuine and the box has all the counter-fake stickers. Even more than that they connect to the Sony app and online service. THEY ARE GENUINE. Plus they just feel like real too. I've never been so sure that something is real in my life. I don't know who left like a couple of bad reviews but as you see all the rest of us are happy with our bargain. Enjoy !

I panicked because duff 'reviews' but it turned out OK!

I was really *really* worried about the purchase of a new CPU for my autistic son who is *heavily* reliant on his computer. I researched, we found this Ryzen 7 3700x online at a magic price, researched on trust pilot and on another couple of sites and it all looked good, so I credit carded it for additional.ptotevtion and went for it on good Friday.
It was posted on Tuesday - as expected. Something didn't quite ring true on the royal mail site and as I've been burnt before - I checked back on trustpilot and saw some really negative reviews.
Panic!
Emailed customer services got back to me quick sharp, said busy weekend and hoped it would arrive soon.
MORE PANIC but at least they're talking to me, right? Scammers don't come back within an hour and try to set your mind at rest, they just scam.

Then Royal Mail turn up, with item as described, well wrapped, sealed package. I feel like a panicky idiot for being blunt with customer services. Walk of shame. Had to apologise. 🙄

Obviously son has purchased a CPU that won't fit motherboard (rollseyes) so we NOW need to go through the panic of buying a new motherboard to attach new CPU to double check everything is good ...BUT I wanted to post just now to give other buyers confidence. Products do seem a bit cheap, which can make you think 'too good to be true' but so far I've had good Comms and received what I paid for.

Long delivery but watch seems very good

Everything fine and received and in working order. Garmin 945 has worldwide maps and pairs up well with other devices.

Delivery took a week and the tracking on the Royal Mail meant it was difficult to know whether it was coming or not is the only reason not a 5*

We have got many orders on 2nd April, the day before Easter vacation. But Royal Mail picked up the packages after Easter vacation, so all the orders were accepted on 6th April. We feel very sorry for that too, we really hoped our customers receive there parcels at the first time.

Still waiting for my order...or any communication

Update: the company has offered a full refund as the product was "lost" during transit with Royal Mail. Once I've received my funds back, I'll update my rating.

I ordered a Ryzen 5 3600x from this site. I checked the reviews here and a another website to see if they seem ligit as i've never heard of them before, but as all seemed well, I thought I'd go for it.

I'm building a system for my son as a birthday gift and saw the price of the CPU and thought "yeah good deal".

I ordered on the 2nd April (granted this was over the easter holidays so expexted a delay) and on the 6th April I got an email confirming the item has been sent and had a delivery tracking number for Royal Mail.

When I tried to track the item, nothing came up, only a message to say they can't pull up anything under the number I gave.

I waited a few days and then tried to email and call them to get some info. No response to my email and when you call the number, it just rings and gives a message that "the extention you've called is not available".

For a company that states it has 24 hour customer support, it's rather lack luster. I'm gonna give it a few more day, but if nothing turns up, I'll be contacting Amazon Pay to get a refund.

If i get a response from them or the product, then i'll change my rating of them.
