Ordered a set of Sony 1000xM4 for way below the price they were available elsewhere. Turned up within a few days and are a genuine product. Not much more than I can say beyond that. I will definitely use Jaycenter again.

The price was so good for the headphones that I was nervous they'd be fake but they are definitely genuine and delivered quickly as well! I will probably use Jaycenter again in the future.

Like many others on here I was a little sceptical about the legitimacy of both the product and the site but after reading the other reviews and then those reviewers other reviews I though I'd give it a go and order using my credit card for a little extra security. I have to say that I'm impressed with the service as it only took 4 days from order to delivery with Royal Mail second class signed for. The only thing I would say is that (and at no fault to Jaycenter) is that the 'shop' tracking app that they use doesn't show any updates after the tracking info was added. The Royal Mail site also didn't sow any details for the tracking number. So if this happens to you don't be concerned. Thank you for my Garmin Forerunner 945 I will definitely be shopping with you again

GOOD POINTS.

1. Item was around 15-18% cheaper.
2. Item was delivered in good time with Royal Mail ‘signed for’ service.
3. Product was in good condition and everything is in good order.

BAD POINTS.

1. Customer service is virtually non- existent. The phone was never answered when I had a query about my order.
2. My query in an email was not answered either. I just got a notification saying my order was posted 2 days later.

All in all, it seems like a good company with genuine products. If they could only sort out their customer service, then they would have a lot of happy and loyal customers.
I personally spent a whole day worrying about my order. Not being able to get hold of anyone didn’t help.

Beside that, truly happy with my Garmin watch.

Item delivered on time and with no surprises.
The box was in good condition, which means it was stored correctly.
Will very likely use them again.

Great product, price and fast service

Placed an order over the weekend, had no confirmation email, started to get a bit worried and tried to contact them to confirm my order on Tuesday, no answer via email or phone. My item did arrive on Thursday however having no confirmation of order no delivery information and not able to contact the company made me very anxious waiting for my order.

I ordered Sony headphones in April 2021 and everything was great, arrived quickly, but they have a defect and I tried to contact Jaycenter. No response to emails and no one picks up the phone when I tried to call several times!! Please email me back!

Was wondering if the price was too good to be true but turns out, its not. Great genuine Garmin product which arrived promptly. The previous mention in a review of insolvency worried me but if you check the legal info on the site you will see Jaycentre is a trading name of a limited company set up last year. I paid on a credit card to get section 75 protection just in case but all was well.

Amazingly cheap compared to competitors and arrived in good time and in food order.

Best price I seen, lot less than Amazon and delivered within 7 days, free delivery. Would recommend and will use again

I was skeptical to begin with because the price was unbelievable. I read the reviews and gave it a a go. So glad I did. I ordered the fitbit versa 2. Amazing quality. It was speedily delivered and I love it.

I was slightly apprehensive by the low cost but everything was great - I got the right product, at the agreed price as quickly as Royal Mail could deliver it second class.

I had not heard of Jaycenter previously but they were showing by far the best price for the Apple Watch I wanted. I figured that every vendor has to start somewhere so I thought I would give them a try. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received and I would definitely recommend to others.
