Superb pricing. However, there seems to be a trend that there is no order notification after payment is confirmed, with an email stating that there is something still in the basket. James sorted it, as he did with all other reviews I read. Once this is corrected, then it will be less stressful. James was great!

I couldn't understand if the website is legit or not but in the end I was satisfied with the product and the overall experience. If you're patient enough to wait the shipping times given on their webpage, it'll all work out well.

Communication may be improved for delayed shipments. Company names on the website, terms & conditions and the payment page were all different. Transparency around those should be improved.

I bought cpu 5600x and I received after 1 week, everything OK.

Ordered a Garmin S62 watch. The watch was the best price by far having searched most sellers.

I ordered a Apple Watch se 44mm in space gray on placing the order i was informed the delivery would be between 6 to 16 days mine arrived in 12 days it was with in the time frame on checking the serial number it was a brand new genuine Apple Watch in original packaging at a good price but i received a gold watch not space gray i was offered a small discount to retain the watch I declined the offer returned the watch and received a full refund

Great price, and delivery within 3 business days. One star off for a very clunky online purchase experience: the payment gateway took the money, but the website gave no purchase confirmation and didn't send a confirmation email. It then sent a reminder that there was an item left in my basket. However, iTechs responded quickly to my queries.

Competitive pricing for an ADM processor. Payment immediately acknowledged by the online transaction company, but the order was acknowledged by the seller by email and processed on the following working day (no immediate acknowledgement). Arrived promptly and securely in 2 days. Thank you.

Competitive pricing and as simple to order website.
The only glitch was an email I received following completing a purchase.
It informed that I had left an item in my basket and I should return to website to complete purchase.
However, I also received an email from Skrill stating purchase completed and including reference numbers.
I emailed Itechs to explain and received a reply, next day, from Jason apologising and advising that the purchase had completed and the item was on its way to me.
The item did arrive 2 days after my order was placed.
I will definitely use Itechs again.

When I ordered online there was a glitch with the Credit Card handling website and when I completed my payment I wasn't returned to the Itechs website and didn't receive a confirmation of order. I contacted Itechs through their contact page and a customer service rep named James B replied to confirm the order was successful and that I would receive my goods as expected. He completed the ordering process and provided me with the Order ref number. What makes this a 5 star review is that James monitored my order with the courier company and updated me on Saturday morning to advise I should expect to receive the goods that day, which I did. It's not often someone goes above and beyond so well done James. You are a credit to ITechs and I will certainly be recommending Itechs based on your customer service.

Great value, high(ish) end headphones and was delivered promptly

When ordering my Garmin Forerunner 945 through Itechs, the money was taken from my account but I did not receive a confirmation email stating that my order had been received. After 1 week I chased this up and they stated that something was wrong with their system and this caused my watch not to be issued. However, if I had not chased this up I do not believe I would have received my watch at all.
Overall, my experience gives me the impression that this is a disorganised company, and I would not order anything through them again.

Great deal and quick shipping. I had been shopping around for a good Forerunner 945 deal and Itechs were the only ones to have a significant discount so very happy about that.
I'll admit I was a bit dubious as didn't know anything about the store beforehand but there was good communication and shipped quickly as well.
