Misleading "brand new" product listings
Attempted to purchase a PS Vita listed as "brand new". Was told they could not source a brand new one and asked if I would settle for a used one at the same price. After declining and asking whether a different colour "brand new" PS Vita was in stock again told they couldn't source a brand new one, only used ones. Finally asked if ANY of their 7 listed PS Vitas were new - nope. This was across 5 days of back and forth (where they would send a single email each day), which has now resulted in what would've been a birthday gift coming late. Very disappointing that none of the listings state that there is no actual brand new stock.

Regarding the PS Vita stock, we would like to clarify that finding a "Brand New" unit for this specific model has become extremely difficult nowadays. We have put in our best efforts to source a brand-new unit from multiple suppliers, but unfortunately, we could not find any that met our strict quality standards. Because we didn't want to leave you empty-handed, we offered a high-quality Pre-owned unit as an alternative, along with a preferential discount. We proposed this discount because we fully realize a pre-owned item cannot replace the experience of unboxing a brand-new one, and we wanted to compensate for that gap.
Since you declined this offer, we have fully respected your decision and proceeded to cancel your entire order. Please be assured that no cancellation fees have been applied to your account and your refund is being processed.
Once again, we are truly sorry for the inconvenience and the disappointment caused to your birthday plans. We wish you all the best and hope for a chance to provide you with a better experience in the future.
