Wrong item in bag
I got my parcels on time but unfortunately one item was packed differently. Contacted them and they are quick in responding- advising not to return the wrong item. Then, Correct item was processed straight away- awaiting for it to arrive. Otherwise, so happy with the service! Excellent job JK team!! We really appreciate all the good work and efforts! Now I got a free item in return! ❤️😍

Beautiful products and great customer service
I’ve been extremely happy with all of my purchases so far. Such gorgeous clothing and great quality. I’ve only had one item with a minor stitching issue and the customer service team was fantastic and dispatched a replacement immediately. Amazing customer service!

Always such a joy to shop with Jamie Kay! The clothes are beautiful and such fantastic quality. The customer service is amazing - the friendly team is always happy to resolve any issues quickly and with kindness (even when its my own silly fault!)
Even as my own children grow out of the brand, I will long continue to buy Jamie Kay for my client wardrobe.

Awesome Customer Service
Jamie Kay is a beautiful children’s clothing brand with amazing customer service. Something weird happened to my rewards points and they gave me a new code to redeem those points. When I contacted them I thought they would think I was crazy, but I was pleasantly surprised when they said I was right. Something weird did happen to my points so they gave them back! Took a lot of explaining but they were very polite and patient. Their customer service team rocks!

I love buying from Jamie Kay and have for many many years. I’m so excited to be expecting my 4th child and his wardrobe is already filled with Jamie Kay items and I’m only 20 weeks pregnant! My three older girls still wear Jamie Kay clothes almost every day at 6, 8 and 10. They always get comments on how beautifully dressed they are. The team at Jamie Kay is lovely and helpful. Would always recommend them :)

Misleading and false advertising
Misleading and false advertising - trying to draw in customers with Free Snuggle Bunny. Small print it explains the conditions however, the advertising does not state ‘conditions apply’. Very poor form from a New Zealand company - when parents are trying to support local and getting ripped off. Will not buy from them again.

Sweetest children’s brand
