Asymmetrical jumper
AAA-bsolutely super service from start to finish. Chartreuse color which is a rarity so had to order it. Beautiful quality, and very warm which surprised me. Delivery by DHL to Australia and only took a few days. I was away so asked for vacation hold and it was delivered when I was back.
Was worried material might pill but nothing showing so far.
Quality, colour, class.

great style, don't love the fabric quality.
The delivery, color and style were greta. the fabric quality however seems very easily gets caught in my jewelry a lot and I see the fabric rub creates a roughness on the fabric.

My package NEVER arrived
My package NEVER arrived. Adress was correct. I finally gave another adress and returned the package 10 days ago. No refund, no message nothing ….. never again Jaki and if i do not get an answer in 5 days i will put it on instagram and facebook and take a lawyer. It was around 200 euro‘s !!!

This was my first time ordering from JAKI, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.
I accidentally ordered a pre-order item and later realised that orders are usually shipped together. After contacting customer service, they kindly made an exception and shipped the in-stock items separately at no extra cost.
The team was incredibly friendly, replied very quickly (even on a Sunday), and went above and beyond to help me. As an international customer from Germany, I truly appreciated this level of service.
The items I have already received are beautiful, with lovely fabrics and excellent quality. I’m very grateful and will definitely be ordering from JAKI again.
