This dress is beautiful, lovely material, nicely made. True to colour (yellow). Quick (1week) Delivery to northern Canada.
I’m 5’4” with a hourglass shape, I ordered X-Large to give me lots of room through my hips, I probably could have downsized to a large. There should be more sizing specs. Ie width of dress at pockets etc. dress was 7” too long , I had it altered - 3” off the neck and shoulders -4”off the bottom!
Now it’s perfect!

I am in Australia and delivery is always quick and reliable. I have had to exchange an item and the process was easy. High quality products that are beautiful and elegant.

I ordered a satin skirt/shirt from Jaki for a "mother of the groom" dress. I was devastated when UPS sent it to the wrong address, but the people at Jaki sent me out a replacement on the same day it was lost! I am excited to wear this beautiful satin outfit at my son's wedding.

Quick service and superb Quality clothes and amazing customer service

I ordered a jaki mink dress in a size and immediately realized I had requested the wrong size and emailed customer service in minutes requesting they send me the right size or cancel. They ignored my request and sent me another wrong. I am in Canada so this is very inconvenient

Easy and fast to order and even though the dress wasn't in stock, you notified me quickly and delivered before the estimated date. It would be good to be able to have a "click and collect" option for added security and not risk the parcel being stolen whilst away

Love every piece that I have ordered and received- Great quality, soft and comfortable on the skin, and looks great. I am slowly collecting all colours of the asymmetric knitts line!!! The customer support has been great and promptly resolved an issue I had. Most importantly, in this world of fakes, I can trust Jaki.

Got the Demi satin vest top in khaki. Very nice color, quality, and fit. I love it. Now I need an elegant skirt to match it.
