These guys repeatedly phone me even after I have asked to be removed from their systems. I have opted out from caller preference services but still, they call. Please, please, please stop phoning me.
Update - they are trying to go through a process with Trust Pilot to get this review removed.... guess how? By asking me for a reference number and my phone number. I have asked for my details to be removed from their system (which they never do). The last thing that I want to do is give them my details again.
Update - It's a complete lie that they take removal seriously. I have complained so many times, it's a joke. All they do is get my number again from LinkedIn and call me again,.

FX with a Difference
I have dealt with FX companies for over 20 years. In all honesty the approach is generally the same - the pencil is reasonably sharp at the start but is soon blunted after a month or so. It invariably resulted in having to check every transaction with an alternate supplier.
FX Salespeople invariabley do not understand the word no thank you and my resultant responsesnmto their enquiries have been tempered accordingly. JS were different from the get go and their exchnage platform is consistently competitive and can always be tweaked for a large currency transaction. They are responsive and a pleasure to deal with always!

Second cold call from them in a matter…
Second cold call from them in a matter of weeks. I've told them i am not interested, they continue to talk over you. Very pushy sales people who dont take no for an answer and think they have reinvented the wheel. Told them to remove my business from there database. They just don't listen, imagine what they can do once they have your money. Maybe they need to read up a little more on GDPR.

As a small, but fast-growing business, our reputation and our company culture are exceptionally important to us and we are taking every measure to manage and maintain exceptionally high standards, as we grow.
Our short-term growth has proven a learning experience for us, in several areas, but not least, with regard to hiring and managing talent.
Our sales team are very passionate about the problem that we have been able to solve for our clients, whom are typically within a very specific demographic. We have a small number of very well-rounded, young and professional salespeople.
However, we have also hired some individuals who haven't been able to meet our expected level of professionalism.. We are indeed learning from this experience and have acknowledged that hiring the right character is imperative.
Time is also very important to us and I apologise sincerely if you felt that the calls you received were in any way, an inefficient use of your time.
Your comments have been taken on board and I can confirm that your details will be eternally deleted from our systems.

Cold called me numerious times without my permission. I spoke to founder and CEO who was very aggressive with me for complaining. Avoid this company.
Update 1: Just adding a reply to their response. I repeatedly asked this company to remove my details from their systems. They should have deleted all information about me, but instead, they still have a recording of me. They didn't even inform me that they were recording the call.
Update - April 2024: They have again edited their responce to me again. They have just deleted the part saying how they listened back to the call. They have also suggested that I didn't give my details when I phoned to complain. I did. They kept saying they would delete my details and stop phoning me but they didn't. Trying to grow sales "we are a young company etc etc". doesn't mean you can break GDPR law and abuse members of the public.

Secondly, I'd like to apologise that you received an unwelcome phone call from our team. It is absolutely not our intention to waste your time or ours.
The young man who made the phone call was distraught following your direct words with him on the call, and given that he was only two weeks into the role at the time, has taken some valuable life experience from it.
We have been able to make a clear note in our system that you do not wish to be contacted by Jackson Swiss Partners.
As the Founder and CEO of a small but fast-growing firm, we consistently aim to do the best thing for our clients and hope to make no mistakes in the process, but that can be challenging and we acknowledge that there may be small manual errors made along the way, which we will always hold our hands up and apologise for.
It would perhaps have been helpful when you called in; if you could have let me know your name and company name so that I could have rectified the issue immediately.
Whilst we are not proud of any one-star reviews, it is a little difficult to accept the review as fair. I appreciate that you are very active on Trustpilot and have also placed negative reviews against the likes of Travelex and Aircall amongst others, who in my view are all decent and successful businesses. I can only, therefore, hope that your service level reviews reflect a difference of opinion, as opposed to a genuinely poor service delivered by our young and ambitious team.
