I have supplied around 10 watches from Swatch worth £3000 between Nov-Dec’23.They left me unpaid I have all the data screenshots, purchase proof, replies on mail.
Even tried to contact Moses, he blocked me on Instagram.
I have chats from the employees of edit ldn, Austin and Victoria as well.

SCAMMERS! I ordered a dress which cost £127 with them never recieved it, when I queried with regards to the missing parcel and my refund, they replied a really cryptic strange message saying that they don't offer refunds and that the parcel will be destroyed. If I don't accept it on my end, I would definitely not recommend to shop with this company, I'm having to file a chargeback with my bank due to the inconvenience, scammers.

Would give 0 stars if I could ordered trainers took money then never herd from them since tried to contact them twice with no reply would avoid don’t use it’s a scam

Well well well….. the most outrageous company to ever sell/buy with. The biggest scammers and frauds of all time! DO NOT buy from them source your own from other platforms! You will be scammed or told to wait for your “product” avoid them at all costs i don’t know how they still have a business!

Oh dear! Karma can be beautiful sometimes, just look at the state of these reviews. The Edit really thought they could fulfill these orders without the actual sellers that they scammed. The reason why people are not receiving their orders on time is because The Edit do not own any trainers to sell. When you order an item with The Edit, they then attempt to purchase the pair themselves (from eBay etc) with the intention of forwarding them onto the buyer. The problem they’re experiencing is that this process takes a long time. It’s not feasible without reliable consigners (unfortunately TheEditLondon ripped off their own batch of sellers), hence the terrible reviews across the board. Stay well away people, you do not need these scammers. Simply go and buy the item cheaper yourself from eBay/Laced/StockX etc.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THEN REBRAND AS A NEW COMPANY.

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED….

Sold multiple items to these guys via their consignment hub during December of 2023. They have to authenticate the item, send it out and once the customer return period has ended they take their fees and pay you out. After multiple delays, they didn't end up paying me at all after owing me almost £800

chasing this up now as they seem to have revamped their website and are replying to reviews on here

Update to my previous review....
Still nothing. Now their AI can't even find my order, but someone will be in touch, days later and still nothing, no order, no contact, no nothing. Original order placed on 17/12/24 and paid for!
They respond to reviews on here asking for more details, you give it and if you're lucky they will respond and fill you with a line that the order is being processed and they will keep you up to date with any changes, but it is all lies.

Disgusting service, never shop with these liars / scammers. They will not even respond to you for months.

Waited way too long , had to give a Christmas present after Christmas .

Scammers, take money send no shoes. Reach out and they take days to respond then say they've sourced will send be there in 7 days. When the timeframe had passed I reached out again to be told still trying to source again days go by no response. Disgusting company i ordered as xmas present to be let down and now wait to see if I get refunded or not

You as a company need shutting down. I ordered trainers beginning of December paid 300 pound for them and can’t track them! You are ripping people off… and I will be contacting my local ombudsman to help me fight my case to get my money back… as it’s classed as long distance selling! I hope people will read this and never use your company!

Still waiting on shoes from 14th of December told me they would be 10 days now they are saying 6/1 nearly 4 weeks since ordering,First and last buy.

Jordan 2024 retro fear tainers. Waited ages for delivery and when they finally arrived they were 2small. They cost me 187pds 70p plus postage.
I am a 75yr old lady on a small income and when i emailed t ask if i could return or exchange 4a larger size i was emailed bl stating that the policy is NO returns or NO refunds.
This is disgusting t say the least
as this xmas present now is totally useless just like the company. Thanku 4 spoiling an old ladies and a teenagers christmas. !!!

Ordered trainers at £205 for the pair for a Xmas gift, website said up to 10 days for delivery which was plenty of time to get to me. 20 days on and still no delivery. Got told they were sourced elsewhere and needed checking over by their team before sending out to me, and still waiting for that to happen. Shocking service and I'm actually scared at what is going to arrive should anything eventually arrive

Hi ordered trainers 11 December still not received them sent numerous messages and not 1 bit of update totally disappointing

Very poor service I have ordered a pair of trainers for my son for Christmas ordered on the 12th dec it says lead time was 10
Working days! I’ve used the chat service and it has told me that it’s on the way to the delivery depot but that has said that for days! I have also emailed and no reply. Disgusting service and there is no other way to contact them. Disappointing as they are a Christmas very bad service
