Pricing is an issue: in my opinion, for long time subscribers you should price it slightly different. Lower. My suggestion; or a credit or a discount of some kind.

Not Impressed with Longevity Program
It is impossible to speak to anyone about your results; the "doctors" will leave you hanging + messages get deleted. For support, all you get is an AI chatbot. The blood test results are questionable. They make it very hard to cancel your subscription, which you have to go through the same AI chatbot and wait for a "support team" to get back to you.
The website design is horrible, and it can be hard to find what you are looking for.
Overall, not impressed with the Longevity Program; it seems like kind of a racket.

SCAM
You have to spend $300 for the longevity blood testing only to pay for the blood testing yourself again when you go get your bloodwork done.
Very misleading landing page that makes you believe you pay $300 and therefore get 55+ biomarkers tested.
Absolutely rediculous.
Waiting for a refund now as I decided to not get my blood tested if I have to pay for it out of pocket.
