I had some questions about my Jabong order. I sent an email to their care email and I immediately got the response with all the required tracking information. Appreciate their quick response and I'm expecting my delivery in couple of days time.
Will never use Jabong again
Placed an order for Blue Jeans on 12th of October but never received it. Called customer support they info that the shipped was returned back. So I raised a complain. 2 weeks passed no got back to me so I called back. Customer service informed that the complain was closed as the shipment was returned back. Raised another complain got a call today but the supervisor was least interested in resolving my issue other than closing the complain.
POOR RETURN POLICY.
I have purchased only three wristwatches till now.out of three two of them were good but I had a bad experience with the delivery guy.During the time of product delivery I asked him to come at my convenient time like in evening or in between 12:00 O'clock to 2:00 O 'clock pm but he denied.So I had to go to the office to pick it up.Apart from this there was another product (ID-171020213944871)which was not good in quality and I raised a return request but I really had no idea that your return policy and services are so poor.I got a msg of return pick up but I didn't know wheather someone came or not to pick that up but I got a msg again after some time that request is closed and I have decided to keep that.How can you guys send such mail or msgs within two days without calling during the time of return pick up or without any information while the maximum time duration was for 5days. Then I had to call customer care guys for so many times but they were giving very confusing statement and at last I had to raised a complain and wrote to the "chief manager".How can you guys be so irresponsible?So as you are asking about the suggestion so I must say guys whatever outstanding product you have that really doesn’t matter much if you can’t improve your"SECRVICE".

Ordered 8 items on 12th of OCT, committed delivery date was 17th Oct, but they couldn't deliver, on raising the complaint they said order will be delivered till 19th Oct but they did not delivered on 19th as well. On raising the complain again they promise to deliver the products within 24 hours but that also did not happened, on top of this they always update the wrong status on their Track Item page saying "No response from customer" while i didn't got any single call from Jabong or their courier service. It's a fraud and cheater company
It's a fraud and cheater company. I ordered a pair of shoes(Ruosh) which was on discount at that time, ordered on 22 September, delivery date I was given was 29 September. On 27 September I received a message that my product is out for delivery so I came home early to receive it but nobody came and then I received a another message that delivery failed. I called Jabong Cc, they told me to wait until 29 September as it was the dead line so I waited till 29 then they said we have lodged your complaint and will resolve in 7 days. Upon calling after 7 days they said oh our product has returned to us back and if you want then you can order it again but guess what this time there wasn't any discount on it. I asked if the delivery was failed one time then why didn't you try it again as I had given the missed call on the number they gave in case of one attempt of failed delivery, wasted 2 3 days on waiting. Obviously They had no answer to any of my questions. I deleted the app right away, told all my friends and relatives to stay away from this cheap fraud company. Such pathetic cheap disgusting company shouldn't stay in market and I hope it will vanish soon very soon. Now put those ruosh shoes deep where sun doesn't shine.

I am giving this site a single star since I dont have the facility to give it a 100 negative stars. I bought 1 pair of Leecooper Ladies Sandal, 1 pair of Woodland shoes and another pair of Prolific Black formal shoes. i have ordered for the right size as it fits to my wife's and my legs. But when the product arrived it does not fit to our legs. And in the case of Prolific Shoes, they have sent me an unfit, pointed tip shoes where I ordered for fit, round tip shoes. this was sent to me after making the payment about 30 days earlier and many times of contacting customer care. When I contacted and complained the customer care about this problem, he simply asked me to send the item back and hence he would refund. What a fraud site is this...!!!!! I recommend all of you that please dont buy items from this fraudulent site..

poor offers, misleading details on product pages and is very tricky to have refund if you need to; useless to say that, after India has moved to demonetisation, they still accept Cash On Delivery and NOT international credit/debit cards (so, if you are a foreigner, you are f...d).

I have ordered two items from Jabong app (against ORDER ID 170716456398521) for two items - NIKE LEGEND TOTE GREY HANDBAG and NIKE ALPH ADPT CRSSBDY DFFL-M BLACK DUFFEL BAG. They delivered one item, NIKE LEGEND TOTE GREY HANDBAG with invoice of both the products. I have started following up on my pending product and they nicely informed that they have sent me both items and so can not do anything about it. Now, i have no option but to approach consumer court. I am a regular Amazon buyer with 100s of items purchased online, however this has never happened!! This is one of my first orders from Jabong and will be the last!!

Would never recommend this to anyone especially for return. They gave return pickup to some third party which is so irresponsible that they gave wrong return slip and took the parcel. When i return the shirt the pickup person gave me incorrect slip and I haven't received the refund. They have no records of the shirt. I tried to contact Jabong but they shut my case saying we don't have your parcel. Such irresponsible people. They don't have brains that how can i receive a slip if i didn't return anything. Still they were not convinced. Big website cheap tricks.

Very bad experience, products are not picked up on time,very late in picking up of products, have to think a lot to shop on this site because returning the products is headache even though providing the exact pincode and address.Customer care sucks...because their response is bad where they will say have to wait till the courier guy come and return pickup slip is very compulsory to take otherwise they will close the return request.
Misleading pictures
I did not receive what I expected and it was very disappointing since the product was far different in quality shown in the picture. It said white , it was cream in colour. Also , the picture showed tight hugging pants , but what i received was lose trousers.. I am not sure why they mislead the customers ..

Had Ordered a Necklace AND a Bracelet.
It was cash on delivery and received only one item the bracelet. Had told the delivery boy also but he said the next packet will come, but he took the total amount. Jabong please do not cheat your customers.

Irresponsible delivery and return policy
Hi,
I was out of the country when Jabong delivered my order. So basically, the delivery person at Jabong just chose a random person from my hostel to deliver the items. This was extremely irresponsible to begin with. Therer was no guarantee that I would receive the products at all.
The point to note is that I was not the one who received the orders but somebody else. In my absence, Jabong should have simply taken the order back.
When I came back, I found all the three orders were of extremely inferior quality, not at all as I was led to believe in the pictures. I wanted to return the items but Jabong refused because the return period(of 15 days) was over. Technically that was never delivered to me Jabong at all. Jabong just gave it to a random person and hoped for the best.
I do not have the time to pursue this matter for 2000 bucks only but I find this behavior of Jabong extremely dishonest and irresponsible.
It, of course, does not matter for such a large ecosystem but I am not going to buy anything from Jabong anymore. And frankly, considering how the quality of their products has degraded even as the costs skyrocket, it is hardly any loss to me.
