Worst service.No customer support at all. So for any grievances or help, you are on your own. All email service has been automated, and they have not left a single outlet for the customer to contact.
.Moreover, in kolkata their delivery partners are all fraud, and least sincere. At many times, they will not attempt delivery at all, and cancel the order at their own , without contacting the customer, without their consent.

I recently had very unpleasant experience with jabong.com . i have ordered 1 kurta and 2 jhumka earrings. I have got the wrong product for which they processed the refund which is okay, And i have been waiting from last 10 days jhumka earrings to arrive.I made complaint also, the very next day i was checking the status it shows me deliver. However i didn't get any order, and they claimed that they have delivered it to me i made couple of complaints and in revert they said we will send you proof of the receiver. And there was a receipt of my fake signature. I was surprised to see. They never asked me for any signature when i got my last 3 orders from the same site.. And the delivery time shows my working timings how could i make the signature when i am not available at home... Highly frustrated .. I am never going to use this site ever.

Never Had Any Issues With My Orders
I am surprised at all the negative reviews.
I've been ordering from Jabong for quite a while now. Unlike Amazon India, Flipkart and Snapdeal, they stock genuine branded products. Packaging is always perfect and orders arrive on time. If you keep an eye out for extra discounts and best deals, you can get Nike, Reebok, Aldo, Steve Madden, and similar brands for almost 70% off. And the product delivered is 100% genuine...doesn't get better than that.
I am yet to use cash on delivery option, all my orders are prepaid.

I would say is the worst experience with E-commerce sites jabong in India, because I have been into an incident recently. I have order some cloths (Urgent basis) for Rs. 1374/- (which was the best offer in the website at that point of time for next day order delivery actual value Rs.1325/-) in the month of march 22th and the expected delivery date was 23rd of march 2018. Unfortunately, I did not receive anything on that date (even call, mail or SMS about the product).
I am already pay 49 rupees extra for urgent delivery.
So, I have waited for few days and continuously called the customer support and send the several mails to know the status of my order, since I am unable to know the status through the so called worst shopping website of India. Every time, the customer support people raising a complaint and bluffing about escalating this issue. The calls which I have made were also not toll free, some Rs.50/- or more I spend.
I have received several reply mails with the extended time lines and senseless apologies. To my surprise, after a 2 days I have received one mail asking me to wait for the order and wanted me to place the fresh order. Then, I have received one more mail with the extended time line. So, I have waited for the resolution till the mentioned time line.
It was 24 hours over from the mentioned TAT, I received one mail. One of the worst of feelings I have been into while I was reading that mail. The mail is saying "Order was already on the way please wait for next assistance or if you like to cancel than amount would be refunded back to your bank account within 7 to 10 working days."

I ordered a dress of my beloved brand Biba for 4,000 rupees on the website of Jabong. I liked the detailed and clear photos of the goods, a detailed description of its properties and how to wash it and take care of it. Also, there is a system of discounts, if you enter a special coupon number, so I used this chance and I got a 15% discount. I also saved a few favorite products by clicking on the heart to not save the pages in my browser and then paid for the goods and placed an order. the dress was delivered in 5 days. The quality of the dress is good, there were no defective parts there. I decided that I should order a couple more things on this site!

Surprise cancellations
I had ordered a sandal and a kids suit set and just on the expected day of delivery I get a message from Jabong saying your product is being cancelled and refund initiated . When I called the customer care they said it is because of technical issues.
Later when I explored for the same products on Jabong I found that they had removed all the discounts which was there and selling at full price .
This has happened to me 3 times in the past too

Worst Service Ever
Jabong guys don't even know how to treat customer instead of giving resolutions for problems they are giving the canned responses for fake apology. How long you have been a customer to them doesn't matter. Customer service still deals a better way however management team is bunch of useless people.
Never pre-pay for your orders. If you do, and they dont deliver, you'll never get a refund. Frauds.
Ordered from Jabong, more than 10 items on their sale on Dec 13th, I suddenly got an sms saying package delivered 4 days later when nothing had been delivered. I called, raised a complaint and all through they said it has been delivered and to check with neighbors, guards etc. Finally when I called so many times cos I had pre-paid and was by now worried, they followed up with their logistics team and the manager called a few days later and said that the package had been wrongly delivered to someone else. He delivered it the next day, a tampered and hastily taped package with clothes crumpled and smelly inside it and when I did an inventory, there were two tops missing. Sent email with pics of the tampered packaging before opening it, to their customer care, someone called Bhavika. Guess what jabongs reaction was, it was dispached from their end so I've lost my money regardless of the delivery mix-up and the thievery of the other person.
And the Head of customer care, is an incompetent idiot, if he exists at all that is, who just sends auto replies like we'll look into the concern and dispatch your order.
I basically paid for 2 tops stolen from the package by god knows who.
And their customer escalation team headed by some Bhavika, is a joke. They say they'll update you, and just closed the complaint, its been one month and they dont give a damn, to be honest. Never pre-pay for your orders on Jabong. You'll just lose your money.
