They have an awful return Policy. Please don't buy and waste your money.
Their return policy sucks
Their return policy sucks. If you end up having to return something, you have to keep the ORIGINAL plastic cover intact. Otherwise, they do not take the order back. Even if the item has bar code attached to it, they require to return the original transparent plastic bag in which the item arrived.
They will deliver WRONG size and won't take the return back even if mistake was made on their end, and you have exceeded their stupid 15 day policy even if you are a customer that buys a lot of items from them (worth over Rs 50,000).
Go to a real store and buy. Jabong is not worth it. I wish I could file a BBB complaint on these thugs.

Worst experience of shopping. Pathetic quality of products , high in price. Even after not satisfying with the products, the site is not ready to return. They cheated with us. While placing the order they did not mentioned the terms and conditions and now they made us fool. I never ever suggest anyone to buy from jabong. It is just a matter of label and brand. You can get more options in good quality and better price even in sarojini nagar. So 0 star rating from my side to jabong they don't deserve even a single star
Terrible Customer Service for International Transaction
I usually do not write reviews but had to for this one. I live in US and made a transaction on jabong to send something for my peeps in Mumbai. They took my payment and placed an order. I ordered 6 items. They delivered 2 and decided to cancel my other 4 orders without giving me any reason. When I contacted, they told me my account was suspended and they dont know why.
I feel that it is a hit or miss with them and customer service is not helpful or fully informed. If you purchasing from an international country please use other sites I would say.
I returned a salwar and got refund…
I returned a salwar in Jabong and got refund money Rs 655 as gift card for which expiry date was given which was not required at all as it was my money. Since I went out of town I could not redeem it on the said date. Now, they say the amount has expired and denying to return the said amount. They convert our refund amount as gift card and set an expiry date and cheat customer's money this way.
UI completely scrap
The web site is completely scrap so many bugs on the UI. Shopping bag if you remove item all images disappears from the list you have to reload the page. I really didn't understand these are basic checkings should be taken care

Worst online experience. Amazon is much better when it comes to customer care and they clearly mention products “not returnable”. But Jabong was worst. Nicely they took my payment of Rs.10000/- (i had twice checked the return policy before making payment. They had clearly not mentioned it) . Now when I need to return few products they are giving random answers like return is not possible. So clearly i have wasted Rs.10000/- at one go. They are saying you can rate us bad online and you can also go to consumer care as it is my right. Thanks Jabong for such a beautiful and harsh answer.

It's been a month, I have been trying to trace one of the items ordered. It's been not less that 6-7 times I have written and every time I have received a standard response that it's been delivered. In my last 2 mails I asked few questions to make it simple and yet it's the same response. Either customer service executives are not trained well or they lack language understanding.
I have been on Jabong app for almost 3 + years and have never faced any issue earlier from delivery, TAT, quality or refund. But this time it's really gone sour.
1 customer loss may not affect them so they have been taking it so casually.
Hope somebody starts taking these feedbacks seriously and works over them

I have ordered men sandels of 8 number sizes but put only size sticker on the same not mentioned the number on the product, may be they sent bigger number sandels to customer which is available in stock. After 2 weeks the sole of the sandels tore and when I asked for the exchange policy, they said only 15 days exchange policy after the product purchase. Cheaters, took my money for an order and haven't given me the product after two months. Waste calling customer service as they offer fake promises asking for 48hours to process the refund and it's two months now. Please report this website as they are scammers manipulating innocent customers. My order ID is 109605555431506656301 placed on Dec 7th and it's January 26th today , they have done nothing and I haven't got my item nor my cash!! Please beware of Jabong.com.
Why no option to write review, received duplicate product
Recently I bought a puma shoes from Jabong worth rs 3700/-. The MRP news 6999. Website said it's a good discount.
But honestly, I have a love for shoes, have around 13 pairs. This Puma one was absolutely not even worth 1500/-. I still have it a try and within one week the sole has started to fall off.
Also their prices are unreasonably high. Even higher than showroom prices on which they later offer discounts. The worst part is that you cannot review the product on their app/website unlike Amazon. This shows how cheat they are.

I recently bought the TROUSER, but they sent me a poor quality package and I lost my belt, I immediately called the customer service and told them that the belt was missing, but they are telling this product that it is not available for this belt, but I saw the same image of the product pants with the belt but they are again the same and finally not resolved.
