Fast, efficient and reliable.
I received a refund from the company before they actually even received my payment for the goods ordered because of a mistake in pricing. I reordered the item I wanted at the proper price and it was with me in two days and in good condition, so I was very pleased overall and would have no hesitation in dealing with the company again.

Excellent Experience - Great Ukulele!
Great range of instruments at affordable prices. The ukulele I ordered arrived within a couple of days and was in perfect condition, well set up and well packaged. Communication was top notch too, so I knew when to expect the delivery. Totally recommended.

Great service, great price!
I live in Sydney Australia. I'm visiting UK for 5 weeks. I wanted an inexpensive acoustic for finger-style and slide. The perfect little guitar was available at a ridiculously low price. My mate who is with Gibson Guitars was amazed. Tom who took 3 calls from me was incredibly helpful and ensured the set-up was as requested, with higher-than-usual action and medium rather than light strings fitted. The parcel was delivered on time and in good order. Great service, just the guitar I needed. Tom, anytime time you're in Sydney I owe you a beer or two! Cheers. Hamish
