Excellent service from start to finish. Life changing and such a relief to be back in control after heavy debt. I feel like I have a fresh start!

The service was first rate. The information given was thorough and easy to digest. The support during the process was flawless. During what is obviously a very stressful time, the knowledge and experience of the staff was incredibly reassuring.

Absolutely brilliant I have to say how much I thank iva org I wrote a review last Nov 2022 when I applied for my iva there was a delay in the acceptance due to one creditor iain carly leah and kieran were very helpful we were put on a breathing space until 2 months had elapsed leah re applied for the iva kept us informed and in Feb this year it was approved nearly the first year of the iva has gone a patient and understanding company ring them if you have debt issues

I contacted several companies about my debt issues and from the outset, IVAorg stood out as being the best by a wide margin.
They were able to get me an excellent IVA when others had told me it wasn't possible and throughout the whole process, they have shown kindness, empathy, flexibility and professionalism.
I would give special mentions for Chris and in particular, Carly who were truly outstanding at what they do.

I cannot stress how incredibly helpful Chris has been. He talked me through my current financial dilemma with compassion, discretion and in a completely non-judgemental way. He has given me the best advice I could have wished for resulting in a HUGE amount of relief in knowing that there is a way out of the situation I find myself in. We have reached the finishing line of our IVA.
We started our IVA in Feb of 2018 after speaking to Iain. The help we received from Iain and the iva.org team was outstanding. This is where the story began. It seems daunting at first to know you are in the IVA for 5 years approx. But we sailed through it.
We was handed over to a company called Unity that managed our IVA and worked closely with us to make sure everything was done correctly and was on hand to support us when needed. Annual reviews were done every year and the IVA was straight forward with no issues.
This week we made our final payment to the IVA and we have completed it and thrilled that we are now in a much better place after all the help and support from iva.org and Unity.

Making that call to iva.org was the best thing we did and now we have completed our plan we cannot praise it enough.

Honestly, if you are in a financial rut and worried about what to do or where to turn, make the call today and take the first step to sorting your finances out. You will not regret it.

Firstly just want to say thank you to all the team I’ve just had the best two nights sleep and I don’t mind saying it’s been a while. You have kept me updated all the way. Before coming to you guys I rang a lot of company’s that do the same and the reason I chose you guys was the others felt like they didn’t have my best interest at heart and I felt like a number not a person. So I would 100% say to anyone gives these guys and gals a chance before making any decision.

I was at the end of the road,with no where to go. The embarrassment and shame I felt, put me off looking for help. But after a year of non stop health surgeries, I knew I couldn’t continue and took the plunge to search for help. Step change was no use, and after reviewing Iva.org I decided to make that call.
The whole process was disclosed, and after a thorough consult with Chris the Iva plan was put together. He explained everything in great detail, and then passed me on to his team( Carly and Leah). From start to finish the team helped reassure me along the way, having huge anxiety there were many emails and calls to help me settle.
The whole process took less than a month, I still can’t believe it was successful,
This has given me and my family our life’s bsck!

Without going into too much detail I was struggling in a bad way with debt, which was spiralling out of control. It placed a sickening strain on my health and my family. I honestly thought there was no light at the end of this very dismal tunnel until I spoke to Iain at IVA.org.

Straight away Iain's knowledgeable and calming advice put me at ease. It was clear that he knew exactly what he was talking about. He was able to dismantle all of my concerns and address them accordingly. I think that first phone call lasted almost 2 hours!

After that initial phone call I felt that weight was already beginning to fall from shoulders. Weight which I had been carrying for years! Following on I was given concise advice which was easy follow. Any further questions I had Iain was only a phone call away. If he couldn't answer he would arrange a convenient time to talk. I felt like he always had time for me which was extremely reassuring.

After considering the options available to me I decided that an IVA was the most appropriate course of action in my circumstances. The entire process took approximately 4 months after which my IVA was accepted.

I now have the freedom to regain control of my finances whilst content in the knowledge that I am paying back what I can afford to my creditors.

I cannot thank Iain and his team enough. I strive for a time I am no longer in debt but I will always be indebted to them.

IVA.org has been absolutely amazing and invaluable to me. I was drowning with finances and hated anything to do with bills and trying to juggle everything but never quite managing. My mental health was negatively being impacted massively including my dynamics with family and my children. Balancing the income/expenses and bills and ever changing rising costs is difficult and still gives me anxiety but they are always there at the end of the phone to reassure and guide me. Their team have gone above and beyond and I hate to think where I would be without them.

Can't thank Stewart enough. He has put my mind at ease. I was worried about my review but he explained everything to me. He was extremely polite and caring. We had a great chat about the cost of living and how even the basics are becoming to expensive. Thank you IVAorg you have made my life so much more enjoyable.

I truly can not thank this company enough, for personal reasons and difficult circumstances i got myself into trouble financially over a period of a couple of years, after speaking with Chris and Iain they never once judged me and set out to help me as best as they could. With the awesome help of Leah Spence who along with the rest of the team are just so understanding and helpful.
In just over 2 years and with a divorce smack bang in the middle the team at IVA.org managed to get me debt free and also help me set myself up moving forward for the future. Spoke to Eain and gave me excellent advice and put my mind at rest he explaind things inever new and some things i alredy new happy i rang and left a message and he rang me within the hour and he never one in the convasation asked for any money or to use is company very happy result.

I cannot explain how utterly grateful I am to IVA.org for their help over the last few months, in particular Iain.

He has been kind, patient, understanding and extremely knowledgeable. Never failing to explain things in clear, concise ways and be readily available each and every time we have called on him. (There have been many, sorry Iain!)

Without his help we would have been completely at the mercy of our incompetent IVA company (not IVA.org).

Iain is fantastic I got into debt through a change in circumstances owing on credit cards over the last 10 years it has got worse I didn’t look at the amount I owed and thought I will manage knowing I couldn’t I rang Iva.org and Iain was so helpful took all the information required to propose an IVA Carly took the case forward and the date is 30th nov for the creditor meeting the staff are very efficient friendly and go above and beyond to reassure you just hope the IVA is accepted

I spoke to Iain today, and he was so understanding and empathetic and factual! I’ve been burying my head in the sand for so long with debt, feeling ashamed and like I was drowning. I felt understood, and I had everything explained to me in ways that related to me and helped me understand. I can’t recommend this service enough. Thank you so much Iain! A weight has been lifted.
