Today I have called Iva.gov for advices regarding IVA and I have spoken to lovelly Chris. He went above and beyond to make sure that I understood the information. Chris was very understanding, sympathetic, knowledgeable and helpful. He listened very carefully, gave me reinsurance and pointed me in the wright direction. I would like to say thank you for today Chris you weren't only helpful but you have listened to me and took some of the weight of my shoulders. I definitely recommend you and the company.

I have been battling debts for so long it was taking its toll!
But to feel like i have been listened to and not made to feel like another number or statistic was so important to me and Ian did this with class.

I can't thank him and the team enough for going out of there way and making it look easy.

Absolutely fantastic! Hard to say anything negative about these guys, fantastic help and guidance from start to finish. Constant worry and dread about finances was the lowest point of my life , worrying if you had enough to pay everything and survive , some weeks without a food shop and being good at masking the real state you had got yourself into! Everyone put my mind at ease, so easy from start to finish , finally feeling alive again and able to enjoy my life that little bit more. Don’t be afraid to speak to these guys, they genuinely help and I guarantee you will feel better and glad you did it!!

After taking the decision to sort my finances out once and for all I called IVAorg and spoke to Chris and after a lengthy discussion and a few days deciding what to do made the decision to go ahead with the process of an IVA !!

All I can say is that they have been amazing with Chris to start with, then Carly who has been a tremendous help and always been on hand to answer any questions I had and help guide me through the steps to get my IVA agreed and Drew as well!!!

I am leaving this review of IVA.org as they sorted out a massive problem in a matter of weeks. From my first point of contact with Chris Wrenshall I was put completely at ease. Chris listened without judging and said we had come to the right place. Chris passed me to his brother Iain Wrenshall (this man really knows his stuff!). Over the course of two consecutive evenings, Iain took us through the options available to us to settle a shortfall on two buy-to-let mortgages and a leasehold charge which had become my husband’s sole responsibility following the bankruptcy of a relative who he had naively offered to help out by entering into the joint mortgages several years ago to help this person create “equity” to enable her to buy a property of her own. This was a debt of over £100k. Thanks to Chris, Iain, Carly and the amazing Drew an IVA proposal was drawn up and accepted by the creditors. I was in a position to put forward a lump sum in full and final settlement which was accepted, Drew guided this through to acceptance and kept us informed along the way with Iain providing additional reassurance. In the space of 6 weeks from my initial contact with IVA.org my husband’s debt is behind him and we are looking forward to a worry and stress free future. Thank you so much IVA.org, you are THE BEST and I have no hesitation in recommending IVA.org to anyone else who needs to find a way out of a debt situation.

Where do I even begin to start with IVA.org... Before ringing them, I had read all the reviews and every review I read said nothing but good things about the team. In particular Iain Wrenshall. So I (hesitantly) sent a call back request.

I was really nervous, I had lost my last bit of hope and as the call came through, I thought what could possibly go wrong that already hasn’t? The phone rang and I was about to watch football and I thought this won’t last long, let me see what they have to say, they will probably give me the terrible news I have been getting over the last few months and I can go back to watching the game.

Two and half hours later I found myself speaking to the most understanding man I could have possibly asked for. Iain Wrenshall showed compassion, empathy and most of all patience. In all the times I have spoken to Iain (and there were many many many times!), he never showed any signs of frustration or lack of patience.

Iva.org changed my life. With the help of Iain, Drew and Leah (who I can’t speak highly enough of) I have been given a new lease of life. I had planned to get married and in the week of my wedding they gave me the best wedding present I could ask for. Being debt free. Had we not been in the middle of a pandemic, I would have without a doubt had them all at my wedding.

If you are considering an IVA give these guys a call. You won’t regret it.

From the moment I spoke to Iain he put my mind at ease and offered me none judgemental advice. He was always there if I had any questions nothing to much trouble truly excellent. I tried different company for IVA and that was my mistake. I call IVA.org talk with Chris and I get best ever support form him and his team. All took month. They all friendly,supportive and professional. I advice them from all my heart,

So far my experience with IVA.org has been brilliant. Luckily I did my research before I signed up for an IVA with a different company.
Iain at IVA.org is amazing, he spent a lot of time talking me through the entire process, even on a Sunday evening! He is available whenever I need to speak with him, via text, call or email. This company actually cares about you completing your IVA. If your IVA fails for reasons outside of your control they will take the fees they have been paid and use them to help you through bankruptcy or pay them to the creditors so you are no worse off than when you started, unlike other companies who don't care if your IVA fails once they have recieved their fees.
IVA.org also begin paying the creditors straight away unlike other companies who take their fees from your monthly payments first so your creditors don't get any money until the insolvency company have been paid their fees in full, which can take years!
Everyone I have spoken with at IVA.org has been extremely helpful, kind and understanding. As I suffer with anxiety they have made sure that when I need some reassurance and time scales they are there to speak to. When I received my documents, Drew called me to talk me through the contract and made sure I fully understood everything. I was not rushed into anything at all. Once my IVA was accepted I recieved a call from Drew who explained what would happen next. I am so relieved, I feel like a huge weight has been lifted that I have been carrying for years. I cannot thank everyone at IVA.org enough for everything they do.
They are changing the way IVAs and other debt management relief orders are done. I believe them to be a company with great morals and are truly trying to help people in such vulnerable situations. They are not just trying to make money from you, they want to help and make a change. I believe all debt management companies should work this way.

Needed some advice on my current IVA agreement I have with another company. Spoke to a gentleman called Chris who gave me some very good advice on how to make sure I manage my agreement well and come out on the other side completely debt free. Would recommend to anyone who needs clarity on whether IVA is for them. 10/10 on customer service.

Well, what can I say. I had sleepless nights and stressful days from well since I can remember. I have talked to other IVA companies previously, and I have never felt at ease, always like they were scamming me or pushing me. The moment I called IVAorg and spoke to Chris, I was at ease. IVA.org was not my first choice to resolve my covid related debt issue but now I wish they were, Chris Iain and Drew have been so professional, understanding and honestly, I would put this company in a class of their own, best move I have ever made thanks guys I can now breathe again.

Having got into a position where my parents needed financial advice and assistance I contacted IVA.org on their behalf.

After a lengthy and in depth conversation about their circumstances, Chris went above and beyond to highlight all available options to them.

We have since pursued one that didn't ultimately involve IVA.org, we couldn't have asked for a more knowledgeable, independent and trustworthy person/organisation to help us in our time of need.

I found myself in a financial situation due to losing all my work with covid and started exploring how I could manage the debt building up. I spoke to a couple of debt solution companies and it was clear that an IVA or bankruptcy would be my best option. One of those companies was IVA.org and I was put in touch with Chris who clearly explained my options when it comes to this type of debt. He wasn't pushy or sales-like unlike the other company (who called and called again and again) and his advice and suggestions genuinely felt like he was helping me. I could message him anytime and I stopped worrying so much about the outcome and just let Chris guide me. The weight of the debt started to become manageable.

Chris also remembered my entire situation each time we spoke and it was becoming clear that he was helping me make the best decision possible. After a few weeks of back and forth, making sure things were in place, I agreed on a full and final IVA and my case was handed over to the rest of the team at IVA.org. Drew and Leah were both excellent, friendly, very professional and they helped answer any questions, putting my mind at rest at each stage. I could also call or email anytime and I'd get a response - and they didn't have to ask me to remind them of who I was. These little things make a huge difference when dealing with something sensitive like your finances.

The whole situation can be stressful, especially as an IVA is not guaranteed to work, but I was sure that Chris and the team would get the best outcome for me no matter what. And they absolutely did. I still can't quite believe it's sorted.

The whole process took nearly six months to finalise and I can honestly say that the team were amazing from start to finish. I did not expect to find myself in this situation but I know I found the best option for me and the result was becoming debt-free on their advice; that feeling is incredible.

I am very grateful to them hence me writing this 5-star review, seriously the best.

Iain and the team are wonderful people, drew is also very helpful. We are so happy that we choose them.
