Ordered a TV on April 27, no delivery, and the tracking number does not work. Their customer service is pretty much non-existent. Avoid this site at all costs.

AVOID THIS SCAMMERS I placed the order for a 4070 RTX IT…

AVOID AT ALL COST!

I don't know why they do have so many positive reviews, are they using bots?!

I placed the order for a 4070 RTX IT and paid for it, just after the payment I asked support if it was indeed an IT card and not a regular one, they assured me that the card I purchased was an IT card, after waiting for 14 days ! (they kept telling me that they had issues with the transport service) I've finally received the item and, of course, it was a regular product, no IT (even though they explicitly told me and assured me that it was an IT) Afterwards the whole support system is a mess, with long waiting times between messages. I'm currently still waiting for them to send me the right product. And my setup sitting idle next to me waiting to be completed...

EDIT: They asked me to remove this review which I did on good faith and nothing changes. I'm now going to pursue legal actions against them with the department of consumers defense here in France.

Best prices on the market, I have bought G-SHOCK MASTER, almost 80 EUR cheaper than in other stores.Package delivered within 5 days from placing the order. Thanks folks! will be back

Itrade contacted and provided me the correct tracking number today. As I can see the product was shipped 12th September and planned to arrive next week so if it will arrive next Monday that will be in the 10 days as estimated.

2 stars at the moment ------
I have ordered a hot plate 4th September and they shipped 5th September according to the website so that I have received the tracking number. I sent an email to them (cannot add the email here) last Saturday 9th saying that this tracking number has no information on it and there is no answer from the shop. I will wait and see how this is evolving....

AVOID

AVOID - Do NOT use this company.
Supplier disputed that the EU cooling off period of 14days applied to the purchase.
Endless emails eventually secured the agreement to return.
Supplier confesses there are NO European centres as per advert and item must be returned to Poland at my cost of €91.
Endless emails and bank card involvement eventually secured a refund.
Cost of a local return to Spain/ Portugal/ France circa €25 but Very expensive to return to Poland.
Buyer Beware!

BE careful with this client, who ever receive the review.

We first has been forced to accept that the ordered product was not the one that been delivered, Client tried to force deferent return condition. We have proved that the product has been the one that has been ordered.

After that we have agreed the return. As it says in procedure when client not like the product, it can be returned within 14 days. The Client is the one who is paying for shipping back the product. In this case, we have been again forced to cover the cost and even forced to provide address that will work for Client. We have dedicated addresses for deferent kind of equipment. We have kindly explained what is return address. Finally Client follows the procedures. Fund ha s been returned.

Please always by formal with this Client and dent give any chance to force you, follows the procedures and report the misleading to authorities.

We have reply you via email, Your order was placed and delivered 2 month a goo -> in Jun, now we have mid of Aug. In delivery status there is an report that shows "Client accepted the package". Each product is checked by quality and signed before sending. Its client responsibility to check the package after delivery. You have reported the case 2 month after! currier companies do not allow to raise the incident after 2 month! we tried to do our best and we are angry that such basic mistake block the procedure on the currier site. PLEASE ALWAYS check the package right away. After 2 month from delivery we cant do much and our procedures are clearly stating that delivery issues need to be reported within 5 days.

I ordered an RTX 4080 Suprim X, I was 100% sure I was going to get scammed due to some negative feedbacks and the low prices, but the experience ended up being the best i've ever had while purchasing something on the internet, the support was ONLINE, they replied when I needed informations, they were useful!

Thought the process can seems scary, I know that I'll keep ordering high tech stuff on this shop

Returning product takes some time

After months of trying to return my item, the store and I finally came to a solution.

My package is currently on it’s way to be returned. Review will be updated when the full return has been concluded.

We have generate you the return label, courier reported that there was no handover of the package from your site. You have still chance to print the label and deliver to pickup point.

After 14 days there was no action taken from your site at all.

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company. No refund. Poor customer service. Slow delivery.

I bought two portable screens on 29 May and paid €30 for 4 day shipping. There was an option for €15 for 5 day shipping but I needed the screens within 5 days. I was in contact with the company to ensure that this timeline would be met.
The screens arrived 8 days after the order was confirmed and I refused the order as they had arrived too late and were no longer required. They arrived back to the warehouse and the company has confirmed that have been received. It has now been over 5 weeks since I returned the screens and I have not received any refund. The company have responded to say that I will receive a refund minus the costs of delivery each way I would expect a full refund, including the full cost of delivery. However I have not received anything at all. I am owed over €280.

This is extremely unsatisfactory and disappointing. I will be taking further action against the company.

The contact with the company has been deplorable.

Dear All, we want you and clarify the untruth information that are spread by this client. The comment do not reflect the truth.
1.: the order realization was within the official timeframe (working days). Client didn't check with us and push us for early delivery
2. Client refused the delivery, product has been returned and the cost for delivery has been paid, we covered the lost
3. Client claim about delivery has been rejected
4. We have refunded the product cost to the client

Finally we have lost 2x times, for both way delivery, plus transactional fee. Please be careful who ever cooperate with this client, you can lost a lot and be accused.

All good so far

From my interaction with them, I managed to see one of the best prices for the latest GPU generation, and the fact that no fees or additional taxes are added, whilst also having a good shipping fee is also a plus. Looking forward to buying an MSI 4090 Suprim Non-X variant from them, being the only store that I know of which has it on stock.
