Hello everyone, I’m writing this because I received an el scooter from itradestore and because I would have loved to read this review when I checked if this site were legit.
They send it and I received it, so this site isn’t scam, you can feel okay about ordering from this site, and I’m not a bot trying to convince to put money in some theifs pocket.
The reason for 4 stars is the delivery time. It took 7 work days before it came to Denmark atleast, ordered with GLS as shipment. So the 2-3 days wasn’t quiet what I thought it was. It took 3 days before they even sent from their depot to GLS.
But overall I saved a lot of money so worth it.
I placed my order on Monday, although the order has been ready for shipping since Tuesday 6:45 a.m., it has not been shipped yet. I ordered via ItradeCenter because the delivery time was 48-72 hours. Customer support does not respond to emails. I will definitely not order here again and will turn on buyer protection if I don't receive the order by Friday

I will not change my rating for the following reason:
1. I didn't choose the cheapest shipping method. The cheapest was €9 and according to your website it is not insured. I therefore chose GLS and paid €15 for shipping.
2. the customer service is very unprofessional and personal. sometimes insulting and personal messages were sent to me. Screenshots are available, but you have to know it yourself since you are conducting the customer contact.
Messages like “you are not the type of customer we want to offer you our best prices” are inappropriate

I ordered and paid for an expensive Montblanc wallet. The wallet arrived on June 21st and, on June 25th, I requested the return of the item via email, which is a right of any consumer. I have attached the requested photos that prove that the item is intact, as it arrived. I never got a response. I forwarded the email to all the email addresses available on the website, wrote on the website and never received a response. I feel cheated. I do not recommend any purchase on this site. Avoid

I ordered a lotus watch a couple of weeks ago. When I got the parcel yesterday it turned out to be the wrong watch. They sent a Dixon smartwatch. I emailed them straight with a screenshot of my order plus a picture of the watch they sent and 48 hours later all I've got was a one word reply "checking ". Disgraceful customer service. (Will update my story when it's resolved)

itradecenter has great prices, and ships on time. I'm definitely ordering again in the future.
I ordered a 85 TCL tv on iTrade and was informed that it would take 4-6 days for a pallet delivery to arrive. The tv was dispatched on the 18th January and arrived on the 8th February. I was unable to check the condition of the tv because I was abroad for work when delivery was received.
I informed iTrade that the tv was damaged when I got back to my house(6 days after delivery) and opened the packaging. I would have been around to receive the tv if it was delivered in the stated time frame.
They queried why I did not report the damage when the item arrived. I provided evidence(flight details) that I was out of the country at the time. iTrade was aware that I would be out of the country, if it was not delivered in their given time frame. (Email correspondence prior to making the order)
They informed me that their distributor/courier was disputing this,as I needed to report it within 3 days of receiving it.
This is contrary to the DHL complaints policy and also EU regulation which allows up to 14 days.
iTrade stated they would raise a dispute on my behalf and asked me for pictures of the damage on the tv, packaging and serial number of the tv. I provided these pictures.
I asked them for an update on the dispute and now they are asking for me to get an independent evaluation of the tv from a second hand store. This will cost additional money which I am not paying.
iTrade keep stating that I did not report it in time which is against EU regulations and also against the DHL courier policy.
The tv is also covered under a 2 year warranty period.
I have asked for either a new tv or for my money back, as it arrived damaged. They keep stating that I did not report it in time which is not the case under EU regulation.
I have now raised a dispute with my credit card company and will now have to raise a complaint with the EU commission of consumer rights.
This has been going on for 6 weeks with no resolution in sight. The damaged tv and packaging is still in my house taking up space in my living room.
Every time I receive correspondence from iTrade they keep stating I did not report it in time. They are now refering to the DHL freight policy which allows up to 7 days upon delivery. They are looking for every excuse not to supply me with a new tv or refund my money. I believe this is a tactic employed by iTrade to try and wear people down so they give up.
My recommendation would be to Avoid iTrade at all costs. Very difficult to deal with when you have an issue with a product.
Update:
My dispute has been ongoing for 8 weeks now with iTrade. I have raised a claim under the European small claims procedure and will have to wait an additional few weeks until this is fully resolved.
The broken television and packaging is still in my house which is taking up alot of space.
They have best price in comparison to other shops, delivery and product as described. Worth waiting few days more if you want save some eur

From 14 feb untill 28 Feb i wrote i asked many times for a tracking number. After a lot of tries,, i got one.
Almost 14 days, and fedex gonna deliver hopefully tommorow the 29 feb.
Bad support. I dont gonna order from them with this attitude of not responding as a proffesional store. The 15 euro cheaper that i bought my item i can leave without.
Edit 2025 January 22: A year after... they responded. Very fast costumer service! Great. What a negligence. Ι apologize that this example is necessary here on Trustpilot to guide consumers in making informed decisions of where to buy or where to avoid. Unfortunately, this kind of costumer service serves as a reminder of the importance of professional standards and a commitment to excellence.

I ordered a phone 7 days ago. I received an email with an order number but no shipping or delivery date. I emailed the address provided and received an email back confirming it would be 3-4 days until delivery. I received an email 5 days later stating that the product was "blocked by warehouse due to missing position, they are waiting for a restock and would I wait a few more days?" I emailed back asking for a time frame but got no response. Three days later I emailed the same thread again asking either for a time frame or a refund as I need a phone for work. I got an email asking for my order number even though this was in response to their original email about my order. I emailed the order number and got no response. I also emailed another address which was also not responded to. I tried the chatbot on the website, no response. I attempted to find the order using the order number and it says "order not found" leading me to believe this is a scam.
Edit: after I emailed again that I had written on trust pilot, I immediately received a response that I had been refunded. Not once did I receive the offer to wait or be refunded. I received no communication regarding my order at all. The lack of communication is what lead to me writing to two different email addresses, a chat bot and to eventually trust pilot. You need to address your concerning lack or customer service instead of lying in response to negative reviews that is both slanderous and highly unprofessional. If anyone knows how to share screenshots, I will share screenshots of the email exchange clearly showing that customer service ignored my questions about my order until I contracted trust pilot
