Recently with a group of friends we found ourselves stranded in Rome with no easy way to get to our next destination. In a corner in the Rome airport we were all on our phones madly trying to work out our next step - train strike the next day, no accommodation available at the airport and no other flights later that day or the next. Italy Private transfers saved the day. From the immediate response to my desperate plea to the quote for service and then the actual pick up and drive some 6 hours to our next destination it was all flawless. When I booked we were still finding accommodation back in Rome so that uncertainty at the time of booking was not a problem. Would highly recommend and would definitely use them again!

Dion and Italy Private Transfers seamlessly arranged and transported our family of five and our luggages from Napoli Centrale to Ischia and for our return, from Ischia to Pompeii back to Napoli Centrale in one day.

Dion arranged every logistical detail, from what time we needed to get picked up, times and purchasing of the ferry tickets, and what time we needed to get to our destination. We did not have to think about the puzzle at all once we gave the information.

At each pick up point, a professional driver in a Mercedes passenger van picked us up, which included our ferry tickets and baggage services. The drivers had our tickets and got us from point A to point B on time and safely.

Dion communicated very clearly and would send a detailed itinerary via email and what’s app along with our driver’s information each time we had a new pick up point. We also changed our plans/timings a few times and each time Dion adjusted easily and with responsive communication.

We live in Los Angeles and use car services often and this transport service is top notch! Their prices are very reasonable and comparable as we would have had two taxi’s for our larger group with luggage (not to mention having to stand in long taxi lines!)

Dion always prearranged the cost and we paid directly ahead of time easing our concerns of drivers and/or taxis taking advantage.

I searched for days to find a company that could get us from the cruise ship terminal in Fusina (Venice) to the Hyatt Centric Hotel on Murano. Finally I hit on Italy Private Transfers.

Dion was marvelous. He quoted a price that was $250 less than what Oceania wanted to charge...and we had a private Mercedes van (no bus full of passengers), a great driver (Andrea), and a private water taxi directly to the hotel. Dion kept us informed, including a WhatsApp link to our driver.

Would I use this company again? Absolutely!

I booked IPTransfers from New Zealand before we left for Europe. What I valued immediately was the great two way communication from Dion. He established exactly what we needed and our final destination in Venice from off our cruise ship docked in Fusina. The driver (Timotea) picked us up exactly on time. We arrived in Piazzale Roma and then the driver helped us to the water taxi. Just a great service. Many thanks.

We booked the service twice and were very pleased. The drivers were prompt in fact a little early. Communication before the trip was confirming. The drivers were very patient with a family of six. The vehicles were spacious and very clean.The service was flexible as we had to change our plans twice. The driver ensured that we were at the right location of our villa as it was a little confusing. I have used transportation services in many countries and by far this was one of the best.

We had an excellent experience with our private round-trip transfer from Milan to Tasch (Zermatt final destination via train). Everything was smooth, professional, and thoughtfully handled from start to finish.

Antonello, our driver, was fantastic—punctual, friendly, and incredibly reliable. He made the long drive feel easy and comfortable, and we always felt safe in his care. Traveling with 3 kids can be challenging, but he was patient and accommodating the entire time.

Dion coordinated everything seamlessly via email and stayed in touch leading up to the trip, which gave us real peace of mind. Every detail was covered in advance, including handling our luggage and providing a proper car seat for our child. The large van was spacious and clean.

Overall, it was an stress-free, high-quality experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use this service again or recommend it to others traveling between Milan and Tasch (Zermatt).

We have two private transfers while visiting Italy and I cannot recommend them enough - I of course did not listen and purchased more than I was able to carry home so more luggage had to be bought. Not only did our drivers provide hassle free, comfortable and safe transportation. They helped lift my heavy baggage (without judgement) and made sure to deliver us to our destination. Wonderful experience start to finish! Needed to book a 4:00 AM transfer - Dion handled everything in a timely and efficient manner. Our driver Malaj was quite the gentleman... he arrived on time in a luxurious vehicle that was immaculate. Entire process was truly five ⭐️

We were cruising out of Naples and spent a few days in Sorrento prior to our cruise. IPT was awesome in getting us back and forth in a timely manner. Cars were clean and spacious and the drivers were awesome. Communication before during and after was incredible and very helpful coordinating our visit overseas. Would highly recommend and have recommended them to friends who are headed to Italy!!!

I had ordered two vans to take 10 people with luggage on the trip. I cancelled one van because the plans changed.
The driver of the van that arrived did not speak English. He packed up the 10 suitcases in the back and then started to talk rapidly in Italian. He was not happy with all the luggage even though there was room. And only 4 people were riding in the van,
He wanted 80 more Euros than the amount I had agreed to pay! He motioned that he was going to stop and unload us halfway during the one hour trip!!
I called the company and he worked things out with the driver. But we had to pay him 50 Euros more to complete the ride!
Not the best experience.

Went on a trip to Italy, specifically Bologna & Florence, with 6 other people and 12 pieces of luggage. Taking the train to transfer from Bologna to Florence seemed like such a hassle, so I looked for a private transfer service. I was skeptical of other providers and really tried to do my research on them.

Eventually, I reached out to Italy Private Transfers, and they responded quickly. They were also very willing to answer all of my questions, accommodate my requests, and give my group the best possible car, considering the number of people and luggage we had. Communicating with them was easy, online payment was also convenient.

Their drivers were prompt, friendly, and easy to communicate with. The cars itself were clean and well-maintained.

Overall, had a great and seamless experience with them. Definitely made my group feel comfortable and having a private transfer gave us ease of mind. Would definitely book them again when I return to Italy. :)

My wife and I were heading to Lake Garda, Italy on a business/pleasure trip. Knowing the flight from Florida USA to Milan would be long, we did not want to add further travel fatigue by then taking two trains and a taxi/Uber ride to get to our final destination, Peschiera del Garda.
Instead, I went online to search for other options. One of the search results was Italy Private Transfers. I made an inquiry for a quote for the transfer, round trip.
Dion responded quite fast. Long story short, the quote was a bit pricey, but we approved it. We are so glad that we did because the transfers were absolutely worth it, both directions!
Oga the driver was waiting for us as planned at MXP Airport. He was driving a newer Tesla. The ride was very relaxing and comfortable for 1 hour 45 minutes venture.
And the return transfer, although very early in the morning because of our flight departure time, Oga was waiting for us at the hotel at 5:00 AM.
Overall, one can always debate about the cheaper costs of train and other transportation. However, as we have discovered through our years of travel, comfort and convenience have taken priority. And Italy Private Transfers, in our opinion, is first class!
