I was delighted with this service. The booking was easily made and the whole process straight forward. I travelled from Sant’Angelo on the island of Ischia to Naples Airport on 25th July, 2026. Travelling on my own and being of a certain age I was not looking forward to this journey with luggage and in the heat. Italy Private Transfers made it so easy for me. The Drivers both spoke some English. On arrival at Ischia Port my suitcase was taken from the vehicle and delivered to the hydrofoil. On arrival at Naples Port I had to manage on my own to the meeting point but as the walk was all on level ground this was fine. The second driver met me as arranged, took my case from me and we walked to his vehicle. I was then delivered to the Departures entrance at the Airport. Both vehicles were comfortable, airconditioned and spotlessly clean. I have no hesitation in recommending this Company.

Very easy to book our transfer requests! Drivers showed up early, were professional and flexible to accommodate minor shifts to our itinerary throughout our vacation. Highly recommend!

Italy Private Transfers was excellent. Reliable - friendly staff & they speak English too! I used them twice during my recent trip to Italy. Pick up at Naples airport to Sorrento. I was able to contact them when I landed and we saw them immediately coming out of baggage. We got excellent service right to the door of our stay in Sorrento! Then we used them again on a longer journey from Sorrento to Gaeta. Again very easy and comfortable. Prices were very competitive & fair. If you are going to Italy - I would recommend you use their services for transfers! It made the entire trip so much easier.

This was our first trip to Europe so we really didn’t know what to expect. We arranged for a transfer from Naples to Sorrento then from Sorrento to Naples. This service was amazing our driver who met us was so professional and went the extra mile by making sure our accommodation provider met us at our location before he would leave. I simply cannot recommend this company more highly and will definitely be using them again.

We were extremely pleased with IPT. The people were professional, kind and friendly. I left my cell phone in the van and the driver made a special trip back to us to return it. They kept us up to date with arrival time and were very punctual. The driver was very friendly and polite. We will not hesitate to use their services in the future.

Excellent, reliable and thoughtful service

We used Italy Private Transfers for our journey from Messina to Taormina and back. Everything was very well organised. The drivers were punctual, polite and professional, and the vehicles were clean and comfortable.
The weather was extremely hot, and on both journeys they welcomed us with bottles of cold water. It may seem like a small gesture, but it was very thoughtful and greatly appreciated by our group.
Communication before the trip was clear and easy. We were a group of women travelling together and felt safe and well looked after throughout the journey. I would gladly use their services again and highly recommend them to other travellers.

Great, seamless experience with booking. Dion was great as I figured out my schedule with multiple changes. The cars and drivers arrived on time, the cars were spotless clean and like new! Got to my destination on time and everything was perfect. Highly recommend!!

Our transfer was seamless from start to finish. It was easy to book via email, and we received our confirmation quickly, with a secure payment link making the process straightforward.

The transfer itself was excellent. The team contacted us on WhatsApp before arrival and met us with clear signage. Our journey included both a taxi and a boat transfer, and everything was perfectly coordinated, with staff waiting for us at each stage. It made travelling in Italy completely stress-free.

Communication with Dion was top notch. Always answered my questions promptly and worked with me to make all the necessary transfers we needed for our trip to Sorrento and Palermo. Vehicles were as advertised, clean and newer. Drivers were not as fluent in English as stated, but not a big deal, we were able to communicate, just took a bit more explaining.

Great Service; Friendly driver

We used Italy Private Transfers twice in Italy, both times all went very smoothly and driver was on time, consistent communications, very clean and comfortable cars. Strongly recommend.

They were reasonably priced compared to other transfers I looked at and helped us get multiple private drivers across Italy. We went from Milan to Lake Como and from Naples to Lake Como and back. I had my two children and my husbands parents with us. The Mercedes van's were spacious and well kept. It made our travels much smoother. The drivers were all wonderful and accommodating. It made international travel a breeze.

We used Italy Private Transfers for a return journey between Pisa Airport and Viareggio, and the experience was excellent from start to finish.
The vehicles were luxurious and very comfortable, making for a very smooth and relaxing drive. Both drivers were highly professional, courteous, and waiting for us exactly on time—both upon our arrival at the airport and for our return journey back.

In our first trip to Italy, we hired Italy Private Transfers to take us from Florence to Siena. Dion was easy to work with and very responsive. The driver arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and friendly. Speaking English was not a problem. We even stopped just outside Siena where he took a quick picture of us in a scenic spot. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a reliable and safe transport.

I used this company to travel from Arborebello to Matera. I was worried because there are not too many options for this route. The company were fantastic. My driver arrived early, was very pleasant to deal with, took me door-to-door driving very safely on difficult roads. I would happily recommend this company to other travellers.

Excellent service!!!! Fast and professional response. New car and a great driver picked us up from the port in Ravenna and drove us to the airport in Bologna. Dino answered everything, sent everything properly and in advance. Highly recommend!

Using Italy Private Transfers was one of the best decisions that we could have made for our family trip to Italy/Cruise to Greece. I contacted them a month prior to our trip date. Dion was incredibly responsive and organized and arranged for transportation for our group of 6 from Bologna Airport to Ravenna, Italy and then again a week later after our cruise from the cruise port back to Bologna where we enjoyed the day and evening and then the the next day pick up at the Hotel to the airport. All vehicles were new, clean and comfortable and every pick up was on time, seamless and stress free. The evening before each pick up I would receive an email from Dion with the confirmation and driver contact information so I could communicate via WhatsApp. I will recommend them to anyone and if we return to Italy I will not use anyone else but Italy Private Transfers.

We hired Italy Private Transfers to pick 4 of us up at FCO and take us to the town of Amalfi. The communication and directions from booking to pickup were excellent and frequent. The driver was waiting when we exited customs, took us directly to the vehicle while offering to take any bags.

During the ride we also got an impromptu history lesson and details of the various areas we passed through. All the while our driver was fully attentive to the road and other vehicles, ensuring a safe arrival. Overall excellent experience from booking to arrival.
