Really good customer service!
Really good customer service! I ordered one of these from the official Itakico website and got it delivered pretty quick. I used it almost every day, it's such a good product, but for some unknown reason after 3 months, it stopped working. I sent them an email explaining and then got back to me within 12 hours and liaised with me regarding the fault and to check certain things, and in the end they told me they will send me a replacement unit, which they did and I received it today and works great. Thank you, great customer service :)
