Return is mission impossible
I created a return and received an email with the returning label and here starts the fun:
The instructions says that I should “print the 2 page pdf” - the pdf I received is only 1 page, also it says that there should be 2 different types of return labels, one of them labeled as “no stick” - I didn’t received a label like that. And here it becomes even worse: “ Print and sign two copies of the proforma invoice: insert one into the package, and give the other to the collection center.” Nowhere in the app or in that email there is nothing other about that proforma invoice, so I have no idea where to find it. I tried to write them about it, but it turns out the contact form has a symbol limit so I was able to describe the process only to the part where I say that I only have 1 page pdf.

Ordered a jumper for a bday
Ordered a jumper for a bday, it came 2 weeks later. Returning it is a mission - the contact number on website is dodgy (digits short), no reply to online form. I cannot download the proforma invoice needed - it takes me to a website asking for logon and no idea what it is (its not Benetton logon) and there are no help buttons or pages on this. Really don't order from here.

Disappointing Experience with Return
I’m extremely disappointed with my recent online shopping experience with Benetton. My order (P05651365) was a disaster from start to finish. First, it was lost, then eventually located and delivered far too late to be of any use to me. As a result, I unpacked the items and immediately repacked them to return.
Despite returning all three items in perfect condition—unused, unworn, and not even tried on—only one was refunded. No explanation was provided, which is unacceptable. I expect much better from a brand like Benetton.
This level of customer service is shocking. I love the brand, but this experience has left me questioning whether I’d ever shop with them online again.

DO NOT BUY BENETTON ONLINE. RETURNS ARE IMPOSSIBLE
Timely, I requested a return. The label & proforma are not available in the system. I've contacted customer service three times, while they acknowledge the receipt of the message, they do not send the labels. This is not the first time it happens. I had to contact them before with the same issue for another order, though this time there is no response. Making the return label available for downloading must be a simple, straightforward process, not this nightmare. DO NOT BUY IN BENETTON. If I had read the reviews here posted, I would have never bought anything there.

It's an absolute joke dealing with this firm. You can't reach them by phone to discuss a problem with the return label and the email doesn't seem to work either. When I requested a return label it says it can be downloaded here 'when available.' For your own sanity avoid buying from this firm unless you relish hassle if you have to return something.

After my bad review, yes indeed benetton proceeded to refund. The case is that at first my return wasn't accepted and only after complaining to paypall you have finally solved the issue. Your reply leaves a sense that the problem was only a delay to refund. The real problem was that you didn't accept the refund and I have this email. Anyway thank you.
I ordered a black cardigan. When I received the jacket and took it out of the packing bag, the rope holding the three price tags came undone. It was my fault for not complaining about this incident. The cardigan looked unbearable and I concluded that the rope that held the tags just happened to come undone. However, I noticed that the buttonholes were poorly finished as if they had been cut with a single pair of scissors. I sent an email and asked if the product was defective. They asked me for photos to check. Many days passed and I had no reply to the email. Then I called the customer service in Greece and complained about the delay and they told me that they would inform Italy again. Unfortunately, I still didn't get an answer. I sent another email and got no reply. Because the 15 days that I am entitled to a refund ended shortly, I spoke by phone with customer service in Greece and they told me to return the product and that it was defective. Fortunately, the phone conversations are recorded.
I had to re-order the cardigan and was charged extra because I bought additional items to qualify for the free shipping. Among the additional products was the cardigan in blue colour as well.
The days passed, and there was no news about the approval of the return. I was worried, and I will explain why. A few days ago, I received my black and blue cardigans, and guess what? The buttonholes were also defective.
I concluded that this was the design of the cardigan and that the girl in customer service in Greece told me that it was supposed to be defective in order to close the case.
I called customer service in Greece again today and told them the whole story again and that I am worried because I noted as the reason for the return that the product was defective but I told them that I understood from the new delivery that it was probably just the design of the buttonhole quality in this cardigan, without sewing on the buttonholes. I was told that there was no reason for the return not to be accepted and not to worry. Guess what! I just received an email that the return was not accepted.
Is it possible to trust you again? In the past few days I shopped for hundreds of euros and among them was the cardigan that I ordered again. Is it possible that I wanted to deceive you when I already ordered it again, sent so many emails and bought hundreds of euros a few days ago?

I just bought an organic cotton bra…
I just bought an organic cotton bra from benetton...well, it is supposed to be organic, but the band seems to be just plain old elastic, and this is the tight part which tends to cause the most skin irritation. What's more, scratchy labels had been added on the inside of this band, and they were stitched in as if they should never be removed! I had a job to remove them without ruining the bra. Do the makers realise that women want an organic cotton bra not just because it is some silly fashion fad, but because this garment is worn all day and can cause a lot of discomfort and irritation to sensitive skin, especially in hot weather? Couldn't all parts be covered with organic cotton for greater comfort?

It is a hassle
It is a hassle. It took eventually 4 days, several e-mails and calls to receive a return label - and contrary to Benetton’s reply, the party delivering the parcel updates delivery within 0 hours of delivery - only then can you post the parcel to them. If it is not necessary because you cannot buy the item in a Benetton store avoid online purchases at Benetton!!!
I bought the same pair of jeans twice and the experience was the same both times. It is a pity because the jeans is great!!

Customer Service is truly awful
I placed an order for four items (all the same item) and when I received them I noticed they all seemed to have an awful smell (like baby powder but much stronger and worse). I thought surely I could remove the smell from washing, so I removed the tags from one of the four and washed the item twice. But the smell has not gone away! I contacted customer service and they asked for pictures of the packaging and item - which I provided immediately. But now I have heard NOTHING back although I've sent two follow up emails. This is a big problem - since the return window is very narrow. I am simply asking to return the three unopened items and the fourth item as it is defective and unwearable. Please can someone respond??? This is for order P05482436 and my ticket number is 76402781. This has been a truly awful experience. This is not the Benetton I remember from years ago.

I had a good experience of returning items
I have to say l was dreading returning my items after reading the reviews on here, but l made sure l had all the paperwork correct and I've received a refund extremely quickly, literally the day after Benetton notified me to say they'd got my return. I honestly can't say that the process was a hassle. I had to print a few more pieces of paper with it going back to Italy but l didn't pay the order or the return.

Refund took way too long!
I should have read the reveiws before I ordered from this company. Same thing like all the others write here. I had to return an item, they sent me a confirmation that it has arrived, and it's now been a month already and still no sign of the money. and no, offering a 10% discount on my next order does not help. I am highly disgusted at their service and won't be ordering from them again.
ETA: I have since finally received a refund, though it still took much too long. I will only be ordering from them again if I am absolutely sure, as they do have some really great stuff.

I wanted to return a part of my order. The return process was very unclear and strange. I managed in despite of that and got an email confirming that the return package arrived to the warehouse on 3.07.2024. It's been almost a month and I haven't received my money.
I wrote emails and got a reply that they have a lot of returns and I got a code for 10%. I don't want any code, I want my money back. You have stolen 120 € from me.

Refunds are supposed to take a maximum of 14 working days (as stated on Benetton's website and in their policy), but they don’t—it takes longer. I have been waiting for 27 days now.
Yes, I was given a 10% discount for my next order, but this does not address the immediate concern of the missing refund for the returned items, which is a significant amount of money for me. Even if they have more work than usual or not enough staff, they should still be able to adhere to their policy, which states 14 days, not 27.
I am also annoyed that I have to chase after my money and that they don’t take the initiative to solve the issue proactively.

I returned an item and they have had it back over a week and still no refund . I had originally cancelled this item after reading the reviews on here . But they still sent the item out . A waste of both mine and their time . Never again will I shop with this company . Now the 20th and still no refund !
Now the 1 August and still no refund. Now Klana are investigating this issue for me .

Abusive Benetton staff member in store
My first time visiting the Benetton store on Oliver Plunkett street in Cork yesterday. My friend took me there as she is a regular customer.
I was holding a lovely green dress on a hanger in one hand, and a salad I was taking home from a restaurant in another (not eating it or putting it near the clothing). I was almost attacked by a staff member who came and grabbed the dress from my hand and started muttering and being extremely rude, tutting and indicating I was disgusting. I’ve never experienced anything like it in my life. That lady should not be working in customer service and Benetton should check their CCTV to see this behaviour.
