I like the product! But read all the fine print, especially if you purchase from outside of the States because it gets very expensive (exchange rates, shipping, customs and duties). Just be aware of the price upfront, versus the actual cost after receiving the item. It’s always way more expensive than you might think!

I wished I had read through the fine print before purchasing the Irestore Elite Helmet. While the one-year trial period to return this product is generous, I was not aware of the nearly $500 (25%) restocking fee. I wish the company was more direct with buyers about this return policy.

Unfortunately my experience has not been a positive one. I went and purchased the iRestore executive one and throughout the purchase process, nothing was mentioned about custom/duty free (I live outside of US). Once the product arrived, I was slapped a $250+ custom fee. I understand that's outside of the company's control but the company should make it clear to consumers that there might be an additional fee that we would have to pay for. I refused the package and it was to be sent back to sender. When I contacted customer service, they informed me that I would have to pay return shipping (which is fine), 25% service fee, and any custom fee for the package going back to USA. I'm not sure why it's a 25% and not a flat rate of return fee. Especially since the website advertise 100% satisfaction or refund. Also, why am I responsible for custom fee when the package is going back to original sender? Overall, the customer service made me feel like they just wanted to scam money from me and it did not feel like a legit reason for all the deduction. Their products are not cheap and overall customer service follow through is terrible.

My order was quick and easy thru the website. The iRestore Elite ID510 came in 11 days. I really enjoy using my Elite. I have completed the first 2 months and am half way thru my third month.
The 12 minute sessions seem very short and almost too easy 😀 I have noticed way less hair fall and some very short new hair YAY! At this point, I am Very pleased with my iRestore Elite and plan to continue using it as part of my life. I recommend the Elite to anyone who is frustrated with the upset of hair loss and doesnt want to use chemicals for the long term. Thank you iRestore!!! D.Ash

There is no level of customer service.
Agents feel cold do not empathize. All they do is remind you of this policy or that policy. I’m returning a brand new, unused device but there’s still a 25% restocking fee. This is not very consumer friendly.
I recommend purchasing a better product elsewhere. I’m sure there’s better more durable and less flimsy feeling devices out there or purchase via Amazon.
Based on the operating temps this device seems to have planned obsolescence in mind to keep profit margins high.

Not what I expected as a solution at over 3 months in. 12 minutes a day and that’s it? 3 of 5 means I am on the fence. I am not convinced it’s doing anything especially when they sell other shit with it that makes your hair grow. Sure, a multifaceted approach in a hair loss solution can increase your results but let those of us that doubt just do the light therapy and put on a real review of what the results are without the other hair growth solutions “sprinkled” but more like equally added in.
