I ordered this item on 31/01/26 the company's preferred delivery provider failed to deliver it and returned it to the vendor. Although the customer care lady was polite and tried to appear helpful she did not provide any progress for over 30 days. As of 01/04/26 I have not been refunded any of the money and the company says it could take up to 72 days for the refund to be processed. This is tantamount to theft, I have reported the issue to Mastercard.

prices are far too high and you want a high restock fee for a plastic helmet with red lights. After buying thousands of items on ebay 99% of the time I never complained or sent items back unless they were severely under represented, that means the seller totally tried to "Get over " by dumping damaged or inferior products.I f this product works of course I will keep it and give it praises, but the restocking fee is absolutely ridiculous.

I did not buy irestor, since I was requested my id and credit card info to be emailed in order for my purchase to be completed. I thought it was somewhat suspicious.

Brought a helmet but it didn't work at all for my hair loss. Now iRestore keeps sending me multiple spam text messages from different numbers that I can not block. You also can't unsubscribe. Their customer service will tell you anything to get rid of you after they have your money. Would not recommend as the service and products are hit and miss.

It’s a little early to speak to results, but so far I’m impressed with the design. The helmet is comfortable to wear, and the wireless power pack makes it easy to move around during treatment instead of sitting still. Looking forward to seeing how the results develop over time.

I placed an order and immediately realized I used the wrong card. I went online to try to cancel the order so I can reorder with the correct card. You cannot cancel online. I then called to centerline the order I just placed 5 minutes earlier at 11:30pm. I was told there will be a 10% cancellation fee, so basically $100 bucks to cancel an order that was 5 minutes old. Screw that.

These prices are wild for something that may not even work. It's kinda sad the world we live in. This company takes advantage of desperate people. These products are made in China and are cheaply made. It cost nowhere near the price of these products. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves.
