I had the opportunity to work with Integrar for my mortgage application and they are great. Very professional , helpful people , quick response to any questions or issues I’ve had. Misheel , our caseworker provided the best services . Very polite , transparent and friendly!! 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Overall, it was an ok'ish experience.

Relatively smooth process, but stressful at times due to working within a tight timescale. Integrar also kept asking me to provide information which I had already supplied to them on many occasions! Overall - ok.

Megan was my case worker for our…

Megan was my case worker for our re-mortgage and Jake was the Team Leader.
They kept me informed of the progress of my application throughout the process and were responsive to any queries I had.

Remortgage service - Quick response

We used Integrar services for our recent remortgage. They were quick to respond to any queries and kept us informed at every stage of the progress. Their online portal is quite handy to track progress. The case worker Roo was very helpful.

I was lucky enough to have no bureaucratic issues with my remortgage and the handling of it, so my experience with Integrar was minimal and efficient. They kept me informed at every step, and were very responsive to all communication. Great service

I must admit i was a wary to start with…

I must admit i was a wary to start with as I had never dealt with an online conveyancer I guess that's what they are doing). Setting up the account and navigating through the registration was well documented. All requests on me were clear and the team were good at chasing up if they needed more details from me. I spoke to the Barclays re mortgage team a few times....when I was either stuck or wanted clarification on what I needed to do. I spoke to nathan and Jake who we very helpful. Best time to gt them was early in the morning as they tend to be really busy during the day. Overall very happy.thanks

Got our names wrong and other problems

Got our names wrong
Last minute hitch (again with our names)
Charged twice for ID checks (2 files going at the same time)
In the end Barclays had to intervene to sort things out

Do you employ people from the lower sixth - it seems like it!

Didn't like the online stuff

Wished I had used my own solicitor
