Teeth Look Massive 😬…
I ordered a top and bottom set of venneers about 4 weeks ago. They arrived a few days ago.
The bottom set are perfect in every way, but the top set look like something from a joke shop. They are comfortable to wear, but hideous to look at. Externally the top front 6 teeth look absolutely massive!
I feel very upset and I cannot afford to buy a replacement set.
I hope someone from the company reads this and does the right thing by putting things right. Thank you.

I did question in myself that the provision of such a personal item could really be for me . Having completed the process from photographs to using the mould to,receiving the finished veneer, I really should have had no concerns.

Have a good read
You want to have an honest review of Instasmile then firstly look up Instasmile Bad Reviews & have a good read. Here is my review dated 1/10/26. First pair received were like big white plastic teeth, front two teeth were so thick my lip couldn't come down over them, one lower back tooth had sharp edges that cut my tongue. As requested I sent in an evidence video. Second set were so tight & small I couldn't get them on & had to use all my force to get them off which damaged and hurt my natural teeth, so worse than the first set. Sent another evidence video and suddenly no reply. Sent another request for contact & received an email saying we are cancelling your order & no more attempts to get a good set will be done. Here's the gut punch, of your £340 we will be keeping £140 as per our conditions. End result is I have no end product and it cost me £140. Don't be fooled by the so called "positive" reviews like I was, something is a bit suspect about the number of them. This company act like they really care at first so be aware of that. Their actual end product veneers are of terrible quality, thick, plastic, tight, sharp edged & you feel like you are wearing a gun shield. £140 for absolutely nothing.

We then approved a refund so that you would not be left with a product you were unhappy with. The amount retained was for the impression kits and trays supplied and used throughout your order, including those provided for the remake.
We understand that you would have preferred us to continue with further attempts, but we had already provided the available remake and refund resolution for your order. We’re sorry that, despite the attempts made to resolve the concerns, you remain unhappy with the outcome.

I purchased a top set of instsmile…
I purchased a top set of instsmile veneers, don't get me wrong the overall quality of the product is good, and the fit was spot on, however if your thinking that they will look natural think again, obvs we all know sticking something over your teeth will always create extra volume in your mouth and look unnatural.
For me personally i probably won't end up wearing these, so I've spent 199 on a test run. So if you like wating money like me, carry on, otherwise just go to the dentist.

Ive struggled for years with lack of confidence in my teeth and smile ive tried several ways to try whiten and change my teeth but affordability was an issue then I came across instasmile and although I was doubtful I figured what the hell and jumped in the whole process was simple and order was very quick and when arrived and I put them in I was absolutely taken back I finally had a smile i was confident in ive had them in for 2 weeks now and love them eating and talking was a little tricky at first but soon got used to them and now dont even realise there in i would highly recommend to anyone
