first order was fine
first order was fine . took a while but all ok . lost bottom teeth fell out of jacket pocket on motorbike on motorway, completely my fault . ordered replacement which arrived but nothing like my first ones . they basically said they are made from same mold so cant be anything wrong sent pics they just keep fobbing off asking for more the one back tooth is pointing about 75 degrees in the air wont even fit in mouth ,customer service non existent its not a warranty claim its a badly made product

As explained when placing a reorder, your measurements remain the same, but the design may look slightly different. This is because we use the newest design software, manufacturing processes and dental-grade materials to create the latest version of your Instasmile. A reorder is therefore not necessarily an exact replica of the previous product.

Very dissapointed with Instasmile

I am very dissapointed in Instasmile. I had my previous bottom veneer in 2024. Although they were quite comfortable I found that they cracked easily and after the end bit fell off in 2025 I asked for another set as I assumed it was within the warranty period. After a bit of a tussle about the warranty oeriod they agreed to send me another set. What arrived was a dud set with little detachable pink pegs on the bit which covers my 4 missing bottom teeth. After querying this with Instasmile I was told this set was sent in error and a proper set would be sent and it was. Now a year later that set has cracked and so I paid £149 for a re-order. I was told these would be made to my exact first order. However when that set was received it looked completely different from my original set and indeed, when I tried to put them in place they don't fit. The piece that fits over my missing teeth is just too narrow to fit in the gap. When i emailed Instasmile they told me my teeth and gum shape must have changed as the new set were made using my last order details and i would have to do a new order and pay another £199. Really! No way. Have asked for a refund but it is a no. I will now have to save up again fir a new set and go with a more reputable company that has better reviews.

Your reorder was made using the impressions from 2024, as reorders are intended for customers whose dental profile has remained unchanged since their original impressions were taken. Our technical team compared your previous natural teeth and gum images with your current dental profile from 2026 and confirmed that there has been a noticeable change.
Because your dental profile has changed, the previous impressions are no longer suitable for producing a correctly fitting product. The reorder was manufactured accurately using the impressions and design we had on file, so this was not a manufacturing issue.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer a refund for the completed reorder. A new order with new impressions would be required to create a product based on your current dental profile.
We appreciate that this is not the outcome you were hoping for, but the assessment has confirmed that the issue is due to changes in your dental profile rather than a fault with the product.
Great Experience
Online ordering was easy, the moulds and instructions came out very quickly, staff were helpful when the imprints didn't work the first couple of times, I was disappointed that I could not have the bottom ones but the refund for the difference was done so fast. So far a great experience. As I am in Australia I can't recommend Instasmile enough.

Shocking experience!
Shocking! I wouldn’t waste your money, yes they look ok but have had issues from day one and they refused to remake them! I didn’t want refund, I wanted a product that I could use daily as promised! Don’t believe the warranty jargon it’s a lie! they just gave me a response and said it’s their final decision and have ignored all contact! Issues I’ve had The lower premolars are too short.
The teeth do not follow my natural dental arch.
The upper left molar moves/bounces when the appliance is worn.
There is visible movement and a gap when I suck my teeth.
There is a visible area of my natural tooth showing at the lower right molar.
The upper right side is too short and leaves a gap.
The upper arch appears to have two premolars where I expected a premolar and molar, resulting in an inappropriate gap.
The canines/fangs do not have the shape I expected from the design.
The appliance does not sit securely and consistently across the arch.

Took my money and gave me nothing
I redid my mold multiple times and it kept getting rejected. I then found out I had cancer and started treatment. I completely forgot to keep trying to get the mold right. When I asked for another kit because I misplaced it when we moved during cancer treatment, I was told that my 90 days had expired and I couldn't get the veneers or my $500 back. Literally threw away all that money for absolutely nothing.

Your order was placed in April 2024, and our records show that we last heard from you in March 2025. As outlined in our Terms and Conditions, impressions must be returned within 90 days, and orders that remain inactive for 6 months or more can expire and will be closed after 12 months.
As your order has now been inactive for over 18 months and has been open for almost 2.5 years, it has expired and is no longer able to proceed and is non-refundable.
These timeframes are in place because our products are custom-made to the customer's dental profile, and leaving orders open indefinitely can affect the suitability and accuracy of a future product.
We appreciate that this is disappointing, but all orders are held to the Terms and Conditions in place.

Dissapointed
After doing the impressions kit and having them approved, my new teeth arrived and didnt fit. Theres gaps at the top so you can see my natural teeth along my gumline, the back teeth don't fit so they constantly click out of place. I can get my tongue under the bottom set at the front. They really do feel like the fake fang teeth from halloween as a kid. I have been intouch about this and they are sending me another impressions kit out but this was a week ago and was really wanting these teeth for a special holiday and now not going to have them rectified in time as its now 2 weeks away.

Quick service, easy to mold teeth, delivered within 3 weeks, really has boost my confidence i lost feom losing teeth due to illness and cant afford implants, this is the perfect solution, only downside i struggle to eat with them in even soft foods, but sure will come with time .

Impossible to get a solution to any problems
The rear channels of the veneers are too shallow/narrow, causing them to bridge and pivot across my back molars. This creates a floating gap underneath that prevents the device from seating completely. Because the issue is located at the absolute back of the oral cavity, it is physically impossible to capture on a standard phone camera without obstructing the light source. Which makes getting any assistance fixing this impossible

Bit of a fuss getting photos done but…
Bit of a fuss getting photos done but after that the whole process was easy and simple enough.
Delivery was promt.
Only dislike was the impression process as the once it was heated it was still majorly hot when put into mouth. Also found that it had made my gums bleed which were sore for about a week after.
One of the missing tooth imprints managed to produce a bump on the veneer which does unfortunately make extremely hard to chew on.
In all happy enough though. Thank you.

Very well listened to given the mighty task handed to them I can now smile without looking absolutely awful. You get to do the moulds at home with pretty simple instructions and if you have any issues there genuinely a message away you even get a Curtesy call to check you know what to do as soon as they are dispatched to you! Really friendly and nothing ever seemed to much. And truthfully the adjustment was perfect my face looked transformed
