Good communication, delivered within the time frame and great product.

Got my set last week,really happy with them ,fitted well and the whole process was very easy to go through and it only took about 4 weeks from start to finish ,would highly recommend .

I tried to ring but couldn't get through, so I emailed within four hours of ordering to say I had changed my mind as i was unable to provide the photos they needed and wished to cancel. They didn't reply for 36 hours; when they did, they said I would have to pay £35 for the mould they had already dispatched. 24 hours later, I received an email to say they had dispatched my mould, so clearly they hadn't dispatched it when I asked to cancel. Customer service is terrible, it takes too long for them to reply, and I tried ringing but couldn't get through.

Very happy with these veneers. I lost my first set after only 3 weeks and the team replaced them within 2 weeks with no quibble.
They've made such a difference, everyone I talk to look straight down at my teeth.
They take a week or 2 to bed in, but after that you don't notice them. 10/10

I absolutely love my instasmile!!! It’s given me confidence in my smile again!! I had a little trouble with shipping but once I contacted instasmile about the issue they quickly corrected it and got my order to me fast!

So easy and quick! I was sceptical at first, but once I tried them on I instantly felt my confidence coming back.
The whole process and instructions couldn’t be simpler, I’m now considering getting the bottom set done! 😀

When I first saw clip ins I got so excited to fix my smile but I didn't know where to start, so I asked AI to tell me who had the best reviews so I could compare them. Instasmile was the top result with the most positive reviews. When I was looking I wanted to find something that will work and last.

In my spare time I train and compete in Mixed Martial Arts. With my teeth being so small and not very good shape finding a gum guard was near enough impossible. I found one brand that fits well and is good quality so I stick with them. So having gone through a struggle with gumshields I gave instasmile a shot figuring what have I got to lose.

I go on click what I want and go to checkout, then I notice a 3 year warranty included which made me feel safe at the start of the process. Then I see the full price and I'm thinking to myself it's way too good to be true at that price. So I paid and felt actually quite happy with my decision.

I get my email about taking photos of my teeth and gums. I take photos expecting to get back not approved and told nothing can be done. My photos get approved and I'm over the moon. Next my impression kit comes. I wait for a day off and carefully follow the video. Being autistic I was worried at first having misfitted gumshields by mistake I kept worrying I was going to mess it up.

It was actually super easy but still I worried I would have to remould.

Time goes by and I get the email saying they are in production. I am so nervous they don't fit. I get the email they are on the way to my home, then they arrive. I am so excited. I look at them, they look amazing, I'm so excited. I put both sets I take out my camera and smile for the first time in years and I'm blown away. I cannot believe its so snug on my straight teeth. I call my dad, post the photo and everyone says how good my teeth look. Some people even message me I look great and they've never seen me smile. Some people even asked where I got them so obviously I told them right away.

I take them out to eat, brush my teeth pop them back in, super easy. They do take adjusting too I have taken to mines super quick and love them.

I genuinely never thought I smile or do anything with my mouth again unless I got something done that may impact my contact sports, this has been such a relief and when I need a new pair I will be ordering again. I may even order different shades just to swap them out.

This is a great product and the team kept me well and truly informed via email. The process was actually quite short and totally worth it.

I am very critical in reviews I post online and rarely go in depth but this product is highly affordable and could change lives.

I spent a long time considering if I should go through with this so it wasn’t a knee jerk purchase, after reading the reviews I finally bit the bullet and went for it. PLEASE do not buy these they are like joke teeth, they are uncomfortable, don’t fit over my own teeth and they are very noticeable that they are not your own teeth, trying to find customer support to try and return is like hunting for a pot of golf….. impossible . I’m now £349 out of pocket with teeth that look like they’ve come from shergar DONT BUY THEM ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC

If I bought an item at £349 and returned it due to not being happy I doubt I would be expected to over explain why I wasn’t happy, they are far too uncomfortable to even attempt to put in to send a video , they are actually able to pull out my own teeth so no I won’t be sending videos as the teeth probably wouldnt fit into the screen as they are that big, they don’t cover gaps as promised so they will be returned but I will not be recommending instasmile to anyone

Excellent service from start to finish
I bought these for my husband due to a missing front tooth and hated his denture it was making him sick could eat with it in
He now looks better he doesn’t feel embarrassed or self conscious any more
he can eat no rubbing his gums or feeling sick

From initial order to receiving my order, the whole process was very smooth. Received support via email and telephone contact, written instructions were clear and easy to follow, along explanatory videos.
Very pleased with my instasmile veneers.

These veneers have given me alot more confidence. Had a problem with yhe bottom vaneer. It will be changed with no hassle and cost to me

⭐ **1 Star – Extremely Disappointing Quality and Customer Service**

**BUYERS BEWARE – My Experience with Instasmile**

I purchased Instasmile clip-on veneers for a wedding in New Zealand. After waiting for them to arrive, I was initially very happy with how they looked. Unfortunately, that excitement was short-lived.

My veneers arrived on **9 September 2026**, and I reported a fitting problem that very same day. The upper veneer was pressing into and cutting my gums.

Instasmile acknowledged my complaint and requested further video evidence within seven days.

Unfortunately, I travelled overseas and accidentally left my phone in Australia, leaving me unable to access my emails due to two-factor authentication.

While overseas, my upper veneer **snapped in two separate places during normal/light use**. The first break occurred while eating something light, and another section broke a few days later.

Despite providing photographs, explaining the circumstances and offering to return the broken pieces for inspection, Instasmile refused to assess my warranty claim because I missed their seven-day evidence deadline.

Their solution? **Purchase another set and pay for new impressions!**

I find this extremely disappointing, particularly as I reported the original issue immediately after delivery.

In my experience:
- The product caused discomfort and irritated my gums.
- The upper veneer broke during light use.
- The company refused to reconsider my circumstances.
- I was left with an unusable product and no replacement.

I understand companies have policies, but I expected better quality and customer support.

**I personally would not purchase from Instasmile again.**

I encourage anyone considering these veneers to carefully research the product, warranty conditions and customer experiences before spending their money.

I will now be exploring other providers.

Cancelled my order right away and they still kept 165.00 of my money. What a rip off and buyer beware.

I done everything I was asked to do regarding the impressions. Instasmile rejected the first impression but after redoing them they accepted them. When I received my veneers I put them in as instructed.however after an hour I could feel them rubbing on my tongue where there was a gap between my own tooth and the last veneer at the back.

I used the warranty to ask for them advice me on what to do, they asked me to send photos of the issue.. I was using my phone camera and still struggled to get a photo of the problem as it was at the back. I sent in the photos, they came back asking for more. My husband tried taking the photos directly under a light but it was still difficult to get the phone close to the problem area. Instasmile then wrote back saying they couldn’t see the problem as the photos weren’t good enough and that my warranty was now out of date. I received them on 23/09/26, I told them about the issue with them rubbing and now cutting into my gum on the 25/09/26. (I have proof of both). Instasmile took so long to look at the photos, then replied on the 5/10/26 to say the warranty was out of date… I adviced them there was a problem 2 days after I received them. They have now adviced me to “purchase” a new set. This feels like a complete rip off, £350 for a set of vaneers that I can’t wear and they won’t even advice me what to do to try and ease the rubbing until my mouth adjusts.

Excellent cheaper alternative than a trip to turkey! Would highly recommend these clip in bits of confidence!

⭐ 1 STAR — I WOULD GIVE ZERO IF I COULD

I genuinely regret spending my money with InstaSmile. This has been one of the most disappointing purchases and customer-service experiences I have ever had.

I purchased these veneers for one reason: to cosmetically improve my smile and help disguise my visible missing teeth. What I received did NOT accomplish that. My missing teeth are still visibly obvious when I smile. In my opinion, my smile does not look improved at all, which defeats the entire purpose of purchasing cosmetic veneers.

I contacted InstaSmile and provided photos clearly showing my concerns. Instead of actually addressing the fact that I was unhappy with the appearance, I received explanations about their design guidelines and was told the product supposedly provided a “cosmetic enhancement.” Apparently InstaSmile gets to decide whether MY smile has been cosmetically enhanced, even when I am the customer wearing the product and can clearly see that the problem I purchased it to disguise is still visible.

What makes this even more frustrating is the way their guarantees and warranty contributed to my confidence in making such an expensive purchase. When a company advertises reassurance to customers, I expect that reassurance to mean something when a customer is genuinely dissatisfied. Instead, when I asked for a resolution, I was told their decision was final and they would not remake or refund the product.

These were not cheap. I spent hundreds of dollars expecting a custom cosmetic product that would make me feel MORE confident smiling. Instead, I received something I don't want to wear, a problem that still isn't disguised, and a customer-service battle on top of it.

My advice to anyone considering InstaSmile: read every single condition, exception, design limitation, warranty term and refund policy before spending your money. Do not assume that because the product is custom-made or advertised as cosmetically enhancing your smile that you will necessarily be satisfied with the result.

I wish I had seen a review like this before I ordered.

For me, this was absolutely not worth the money, the disappointment, or the fight afterward.

Amazing best thing Iv even done wish I don’t it much sooner the difference is unreal so easy to do with the step by step process already thinking about order more as I would never be without them feel super confident thanks to instasmile
