Excellent service from Inserts Direct. We have purchased our brass inserts for use in plastic moulded components for many years. I honestly cannot think of any instances where we have been 'let down' by them. They usually dispatch the same day for next day delivery and if they are unable to dispatch on the day of the order they notify us straight away with an accurate date that they will have the products available. Another reason we buy from Inserts Direct is because their prices are incredibly competitive and of excellent quality.
