Would not recommend on this occasion

Our experience with Lakeview Luxury Landscaping hasn't been positive and we would not recommend them. A few key details for this are as follows:

- Limited, unclear and abrupt communication leading up the work being scheduled. This left us feeling unsure about what was going on and how we could make sure we could be ready for the work to take place. Clear questions were provided and answers were limited, meaning we were not able to prepare in the way we would liked to have done.

- Made to feel like our job was small and insignificant to the organisation. Repeatedly told that the company does lots of very big jobs and made to feel like the job being done for us was not important. For us, as passionate gardeners but with a small garden, this was disappointing.

- Postponed twice due to illness of staff and van break down.

- No written quote, which led to unclear overall cost of work.

Overall, if you have a medium to small size garden, we would not recommend this company to you. If you have a large scale job that may cost a lot of money, this company could well be for you. We were repeatedly told that these were the kinds of jobs they were doing so clearly this is where they spend their time.

We were told repeatedly that Customer Service really mattered to this company. This was not how we were made to feel.

Nelson and his team were fantastic in…

Nelson and his team were fantastic in transforming my basic garden into something very special. Working through the adverse elements, the team produced a fantastic result whilst massive respect to them for keeping the surrounding area / neighbours area clean and tidy. Highly recommend and will certainly being again for Phase 2 of my project.
