Went in today fof mot
Went in today fof mot . Paid for work to be done costing £260 so out of interest went to couole of garages asking for quotes one said £110 one said £120 they couldnt believe the invoice when inshowed them how much they harge for a wioer and droo link . Rip off merchants never go there again plus i dont think they even serviced my car last time i took it for service . Never use these

Long uninformed delays
Booking process was good and easy. They called me in at 11:45 -1:15 for car maintenance and mot. Arrived on time and my appointment was changed to 12:30 for near reason. Then Got a message at 1:55 that car was ready. Came to the center they said my car appointment was at 2:30 and the car will be ready at 3:30. Had to wait for 2 additional hours before i got my car

I'd go again
Let me start with my aged car did not survive the MOT and needs to be scrapped.
The team were polite, honest and straightforward. The waiting room is basic but was cool and had free coffee.
The bad news was delivered well and I will be back with my next car.

Asked the lad that did the oil change if he could see anything amiss underneath and he said he couldn't really find fault. I honestly expected something to be on its way out but nope. So I trust them.

Great experience with In n Out Leeds
Great experience with In n Out Leeds. Made an enquiry via WhatsApp Chat, received a response within 10 minutes. Was referred to my local In n Out Garage and they rang me straight away. Spoke to Stevie who was so helpful and friendly. Advised on what needs doing and fixed my problem. All the lads there were great! Would highly recommend this company
