Don’t commit to time slots
Booked a 45 minute time slot for an oil change as i was on the clock - the car sat outside for the entire 45 minutes.
Then took another hour to actually do an oil change.
Wouldn’t recommend if you actually need the work to be carried out within a time period.
Staff were friendly though.

Booked my car in for a service & MOT
Booked my car in for a service & MOT at In & Out's Cribbs Causeway branch and was delighted with the experience. My car was promptly worked on and completed within the time span stated. My only criticism is that the chairs in the waiting area were more suited to a child and very uncomfortable but I'm sure this could easily be resolved.

Full service and MOT. Warrington. Easy to book and pay for. Car service started when booked. Great experience. 5 star plus for Roekh, lovely guy and helpful. Nice to be served from someone very polite, professional and with a smile.

I have to say the MOT service at Bracknell in and out centre,was absolutely first class,The gentleman at the reception desk was very polite,and Craig the mechanic was Excellent,they were delayed and he rang to apologise,which understandable as they are busy,but he got the MOT done,Thankyou Craig and the gentleman behind the desk,1st class will be coming back again next year.

Car in for MOT today at Spalding
Car in for MOT today at Spalding, Lincs branch. Clean pass, no advisories at another test station last year. Now 6 advisories (Three I can understand and live with), three I do not believe should be there.
'Suspension arm (N/S rear) corroded but not seriously weakened'
'Suspension arm (O/S rear) corroded but not seriously weakened'
'Rear sub-frame corroded but not seriously weakened'
The car is 15 years old with 177k miles so of cause it's corroded ! It was corroded last year and the year before that but previous tester didn't feel the need to list it !
This smacks of a company trying to blag work that doesn't need doing whilst devaluing a customers car with a load of advisories. Won't be using again

Car damage after MOT and new brakes fitted
After taking car for MOT and new brakes. The following day I went to.open bonnet. The casing over the bonnet and petrol cap workings is broken. All wires exposed . My car was immaculate before these destroyed it.
Car sill was a full of boot scuff marks. No respect for vehicle whatsoever. Cannot fill with petrol. The casing over the bonnet and petrol cap lever. Cracked and broken
I will be returning ASAP livid is an understatement.

quick efficient service
quick efficient service, good value for money. arrived a little earlier than my appointment time however car pretty much went in and completed mot on time. Will definitely be returning to get my car a full service and fix a few issues highlighted in the mot

As a women motorist who doesn’t know about car mechanics, I am always worried about being ripped off. But no more. I tried Basingstoke In and Out. Brilliant bunch of guys there.
