Innovative Tax Relief has been a life changer, life saver. I was on a payment plan to the IRS for years. Then Covid came . I stopped getting notices and I stopped paying. My debt was getting larger. Every day I hear on the car radio commercials advertising tax services trying to signing up people who have tax issues mostly non payment; promising everything under the sun especially complete resolution of the callers problem. Ivy Fernandez once we get through the normal Hello , she is all business, leaving me with a solution and making sure I am accepting her plan as my plan before the call is finished. When I first heard of Innovative Tax Relief (hereinafter "ITR") I was a bit reluctant. I did not want to be a victim of fraud. However, they assuage my concerns, especially Victor. Dealing with the IRS is scary as they are known to be the worst debt collector and have no empathy. ITR was able to lower the amount I owed tremendously, in which I can breathe a little. Victor was patient with me, knew of my concerns and worked with me. As a matter of fact everyone at ITR, from the ROA and accounting were professional. I highly recommend ITR and I will be using them, specially during tax season. Their entire staff is awesome, helpful and knowledgeable.

My first contact with companies similar to Innovative Tax was terrible. Their reviews were good bad and miserable. Innovative Tax Relief’s reviews were excellent and I called and spoke to Charles Robert. His honesty and control convinced me to hire them.
