This has got better over time
This has got better over time, there was a lot of miscommunication from the office and the payment details. We had a guy empty the bins but due to staffing if he had time off the bins would be missed as no one to cover. Nick is a new member of the team who is reliable.

Amazing 5 star review for hard worker
I’m giving this 5 stars because Carl yarranton who comes in every Monday morning to our work to do our bins. He is always smiling and very polite. And always does an Amazing service and keeps the place and bins looking tidy and ready to use for customers and staff. He is a credit to your workforce and deserves the praise and appreciation as he always does his job to a high standard.
