William Gibbs is a real asset to the team at Initial Washrooms. For an extended period, we struggled to receive a consistent and reliable service. However, since William took over our area, we have received a weekly service without fail, and no task is ever too much trouble for him.
William is always polite, respectful and professional, and nothing is ever too much trouble. His commitment and excellent customer service have made a real difference, and we are extremely pleased with the service we now receive. He is a credit to Initial Washrooms.
