Jude Very friendly happy to help in any way

Hi just like to say Jude who comes every Monday morning is always on time and always very pleasant

Really disappointed with my experience with Initial Medical. I signed my agreement back at the end of August and have been waiting over 6 weeks for everything to be sorted.

The person who was originally dealing with my agreement stopped getting back to me, despite me sending numerous emails asking for updates. I've also rang several times and been passed between so many different people, but nothing ever seemed to get sorted.

I finally managed to speak to a really lovely lady on the phone today who explained that my agreement hadn't even been processed in the first place! She was very apologetic, even though none of this was her fault, and offered to get everything sorted for me there and then.

Unfortunately, after everything that's happened, I just didn't want to go ahead with the company anymore.

What's made this even more frustrating is that the clinical waste collection was the last thing I needed to arrange before I could start offering my semi-permanent makeup treatments. I've been waiting all this time thinking things were being sorted when nothing had actually been done.

Such a shame because the lady I spoke to today was genuinely lovely and helpful, but overall it's been a really disappointing experience and a complete waste of time.

Amazing Service Every time.

Richard is pleasant and professional. He lets me know if there are any problems with the waste bags. When we had an issue with meds returns last week, he made some phone calls and got everything sorted within 10 minutes.

Kamil is a brilliant employee for Initial. Without his help and assistance I wouldn’t have continued my contract.
After months of confusion from the refuse admin team, Kamil was able to solve this problem within half an hour. Very straight with his communication which means that there is clarity every time he collects the bins. Always particular about cleanliness too which is a great addition to his list of positives. I’d go as far as saying he’s an asset to Initial.

Chris is fanastic. Hes always so helpful and polite. The team all enjoy their interactions with him. We all look forward to seeing him on a monday morning.

I highly recommend Initial for waste collections. It is a worry free experience with collections always made in line with the schedule. They offer a very friendly service with my collector Jack Smith texting me beforehand to let me know he is collecting on a certain day and also a text post collection to let me know he has emptied my bin and left me some bag. Definitely a safe a secure service. Highly recommended!!
