Malfunction
When the switch broke on my Infraredi body wrap plus I thought this should be fun. I contacted the company by email and heard back within minutes. I was asked to send a short video showing the issue which I sent back. They immediately responded with we will send you a new unit today and within a week I received the new unit. Fantastic customer service, a lot of companies could take a lesson from this immediate response. Great job. Love this product.
Really helpful for my Knee
I bought the joint patch for my knee and I used it a lot when I went Travelling because I was walking a lot each day and it was really helpful. My Travelling companion used it as well and Also loved it.
I would definitely recommend trying one out, it’s only a couple of appointments with a Physio if you look at it like that and it really does help unfortunately my malfunctioned after about six months and they replaced it with no problems so it’s really happy with that as well.

I originally bought the pro mini, but quickly upgraded to the pro max as I was noticing improvements and wanted to start doing full body treatments. CS staff were helpful and my order was delivered quickly both times.

Amazing (and rapid) customer service for 2 units (joint and body wraps) that had a few rows of lights that were no longer working properly. After viewing the pics/videos, they replaced both units (still under warranty).

I purchased a Body Wrap Infrared device & it had a small issue with the wiring as it is a device that is able to be manoeuvred & flexible. It was still able to be used but I wanted to inquire so I contacted their customer service department. Their response was immediate & I have been issued a replacement & I could not be happier with their customer service & fix to my inquiry. I LOVE my device & would 100% order again.
Poor customer service
Poor customer service. I have an email saying they would allow me to return the product. Then two days later they said they the product can't be returned because it's passed the 60 day return policy. The product doesn't work and I used it consistently for 45 days straight. I have shoulder pain so think before you purchase it or look elsewhere.

The Infraredi device that I ordered got returned to sender because I had a mistake in my address. Infraredi staff understood my concern and were able to help me solve the problem by having a new order shipped promptly after they received the returned product. I really appreciate that they didn't charge me extra shipping and they were very communicative during the whole process.
I would highly recommend them as they have been fantastic with me.
I love the red light wrap… A little smaller than I was expecting, but still awesome! I look forward to trying it and seeing if it helps reduce some of my inflammation from injuries.

Poor customer service
I ordered a red light lamp from Infraredi on 23 November to France, which I received but still can’t use it more than a month later. They sent a UK plug instead of an EU plug, and despite several emails to say they are “checking with their supplier” no concrete solution has been given, no replacement adapter, and no refund option. Very disappointed with the after-sales service.

I have returned the product within the returnable period, and no one is responding to confirm the return which is trackable by Purolator and I paid 30$ for the return. No phone number is available to call the company, and emails are not returned. These products are very expensive, did not work for my mother either. Starting to feel like a scam.

I contacted them because the Pro Max was priced cheaper, came with a free red-light body wrap and a $130 store credit. Wow. Fast delivery within 48hours. Bought the joint wrap. So far I’m loving it. It’s early days but I already feel it working. I put it on my shoulder and not sure if it’s coincidental but there’s less pain already. The shoulder was like a frozen shoulder. I bought it for my knee but the fact I can use it in my shoulder too is a huge bonus. I’d definitely recommend
