Fantastic service from ordering to delivery

Lovely packaging, although 2 or 3 of the box corners were damaged which I realised as I was packing my diwali delights. Also, don't like the website printed so boldly on the back of boxes, although this is an advert, may be having it printed in small print or not at all would be good.

Great Quality

I was very surprised at the quality of the boxes as had not ordered online before and assumed card may be an issue but pleasantly surprised and the designs are just as on the site. I would highly recommend Indian sweet boxes for quality and fast efficient delivery of the boxes.

Would have given you 5 stars but the flap fold is too stiff and the envelops are not self sealing.

I'm so disappointed I ordered boxes and ribbons which were delayed. I called and was told they are out of the ribbons I want and the order would be delayed. After a few days the order was delayed again as their printer was broken. I was told I would get a refund as they can't get the ribbons to me in time but they would send the boxes. I have still not received my boxes or a refund. I have been calling them for the past couple days and keep getting told someone will get back to me however no body has.
