My daughter / Omni Card SCAM / 💔 break
My daughter received a $100 Omni card at a Christmas party and only a month later it expired! She used it only 4 weeks later and like other “gift cards” we’ve all had $$$ has been paid to this scamming co by falsely advertising these as bulk gift cards but the $ can’t be transferred nor can the co buying them as presents and rewards get their money back. I’m in charge of Xmas presents at my large co and we will never use these and I encourage everyone dealing with watching their loved ones and employees get disappointed when they try and buy something they really wanted to spread the word! Then we can’t even replace it because Omnicard keeps it! Busting dreams!
Huge scam
Update to my review: After posting, I was contacted by someone from Omni Card who was able to get my reward card reloaded. I am so relieved to have that corrected. Hooray for customer service after posting a bad review! I wish it didn't have to come to that, though, and that it could have been resolved by calling the dead end numbers provided by the company.
I received an Omni Card for $300 as a rebate for buying all new Samsung appliances from Best Buy. I have been holding onto the rebate card for about 18 months and now I need it to buy Christmas gifts for my son. I pulled out my paperwork and went online to verify that I had activated the card, which I had. But, the balance says $0!!! I called the customer service number and was on hold for approximately 20 minutes while various messages solicited my business for other matters. I toughed it out only to have the end message say that the customer service number had changed. I called the new number and it rang and rang even though the website says they have 24 hour customer service support. I wouldn’t have bought those appliances if not for the rebate and now it turns out to be a complete scam. Someone has stolen my $300 and they are conveniently hiding behind bogus phone numbers. My next step will be to contact both Samsung and Best Buy so that they know that their customers are being robbed.

if i could give zero stars
if i could give zero stars, I would! Like many other unhappy users, I came to find out about their ridiculous fees! This card has a 5 year anniversary gift from my company, once I wanted to use it, I lose over $200. I had to wait over 40 days to get a replacement card since the original one had expired! I had $50 left and they started charging me the $4.95 fee even though it clearly says on the card that the fee is to only be taken 5 months prior to the expiration date (mine expires 09/2018) so I called, got hung up on twice, they said the $4.95 is also charged for every month on activity which I was completely unaware of so I asked that those "terms" be e-mailed to me. The rep then said "oh yeah no never mind that was an error in the system and I am going to put a request for those funds to go back to your card but it's not a guarantee". What in the world!! Biggest scam ever! STAY AWAY

Money stealing company
I misplaced my $100 card and just found it. It did however expire in 2017. I called to check balance only to find out there was only $15 left on the card due to them taking a fee each month. I then went to use my $15 only to find the card won't even work, even though it says it is usable. I really thought it was illegal for companies to take money from gift cards before it was 5 years old. It is quite ridiculous that this money was taken and the card can't even be used!!!

Awful service!
Awful service! Tried to activate the card online but kept getting rejected. Attempted to call the number few times but after 30 minutes on hold, I could not get in touch with anyone! The card is now expired and the $4.95 keeps getting deducted from the card! It's just over 1/2 it's original value and all I did is got it activated but what good is an expired card!??

DO NOT BUY THIS CARD
DO NOT BUY THIS CARD
This card is a rip off. My boss gave me a $50 card and I have not used it. I just checked my balance and it said $30.20. You have to read the small print - they are taking $4.95 off my balance every month for "maintenance fee" !!!

Very Disappointing (FYI, now known as OmniCard)
By the time their website actually started working, so I could activate the card, it had already begun to lose value. Needless to say, I think very poorly of this "service".

This is a scam
This is a scam. I don't understand why they charge $4.95/month 5 months prior to expiration date. The employee I talked to also could not give an answer to that question. Second of all, even if the card expires, they will keep charging the fee until they empty the balance! It seems that the point of the expiration date is for you to stop using the card while they keep charging fees and empty the balance Total scam! They say on the back of the card that they do charge fees, but they also say that funds do not expire! Not sure how that can hold true if they keep charging you the fees! I have had different gift cards from other vendors and they don't charge these fees. Definitely stay away since you will only lose your money.

What a total waste of time
What a ridiculous and total waste of time. I've been dealing with GiftCardLab, IncentiveCardLab and GiftCardMall (which I guess are interchangeable) since September trying to get a $500 gift card replaced as it was stolen. The investigation took a full 90 days and the card was supposed to be replaced in November. After calling to get updates every week, being on hold for up to an hour sometimes and being bounced around between the three companies, it's now January and I still don't have a replacement card. The card was supposed to be replaced again in early December. Still not here yet. Called again today (after the issue had been escalated to management multiple times and someone was supposed to contact me. Of course they never did) and sat on for an hour. Again, I'm being told the gift card has been replaced and is on it's way. Guess I will have to wait another 15 days to see that if it came. My poor client has waited almost five months for this gift card. What a total waste of time and effort. I will never use any of these companies again, nor would I recommend that anyone else purchase a gift card through these companies. If I could give negative stars, I would.

What a scam!
We received an $80 gift card for completing a customer service survey. The card was clearly marked on the front that it expires 12/16. Unfortunately, on the back, in smaller letters is the caveat: five months before the expiry date the company will start charging you $4.95 per month in "maintenance fees". This amount is taken directly from the card.
When I called the company to find out why the card was no longer worth $80 I was told about this fee. When asked what it covered, the service agent could not explain. Nor would he give me the address of the company or allow me to speak to a supervisor. The company took $4.95 for five months ($24.75) directly from my card. I can't think of any reason for this at all beyond a sneaky and underhanded way for the company to make money.
In essence, this company sets you up to steal back the money on the card through the use of this sneaky "maintenance' fee. Of course, you can't do anything about it as they control the balance.
I am trying to report this on as much social media I can as scams like this should not be allowed.

Where can you even use these?!
I multiple $25 gift cards from incentivelabs. I have not been able to use them at multiple retail stores. Home Depot, Best Buy, Lowes, etc. They do not work at a gas station either even if you go inside and have the clerk run it for $10. I called customer service and they were very short with me and said if I can't use these it's someone else's mistake. I have never had any problem with gifts cards except for these. Its frustrating having $150 worth of gift cards I cant use at a retail location.

Avoid Completely
I was given an incentive card and have been unable to use it for online purchases. It is impossible to log into their system to "register" the card. In addition to activating the card it must be registered. I did that when I activated it but apparently it did not work. Now I have an order placed and the card is rejected. Someone from someplace where English is not a first, or second language was unable to assist. I am surprised that Visa would associate their name with this company
Update:
Jason,
A lot of the times you must register the card with an updated address. You can email me xxx and I will get this resolved for you. Please include your customer ID number located on the back of the card, an updated address, and a phone number where I can call you. Thank you for reaching out, we will get this fixed for you today.

Vanessa - Thanks for the quick reach out; that indicates a desire to run a good operation and I hope your company can achieve that. As a follow-up, I was able to get an operator who passed me to someone else who was able to register the card and it is now working. The problem with logging into your website definitely needs to be addressed. Rough introduction to your service but I wish you well. Jason

Borderline Fruad
We ordered incentive cards with the company over a year ago, which then approaching expiration. Instead of losing the amount of the expired cards we chose to refund using their policy. We paid the $5/card fee and have been waiting for over 3 months for IncentiveCardLab, OmniCard (or whatever name they're changing to in order to avoid the horrible reviews) to mail the cheque.
After 10+ emails, 3 phone calls the check still hasn't been mailed. Three months to write a check, 3 months of withholding funds, over an hr of back and forth nonsense with this company.
I would advise anyone looking to use this company to stop immediately. It's hands down the worst service I've worked with in marketing bar none.

Difficult and a pain in the butt
The website is incredibly difficult to use. It will not let me log in and it keeps freezing up. The worst interface ever - how can you create something that is so bad.
