Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Tried to exchange a chain & was sent an incorrect replacement FOUR times! After funally asking for a refund, the customer service department went silent & never responded. I finally gave up. Ultimately, I feel this company is a scam!

I am extremely disappointed with this company and the quality of their jewelry. The piece broke within 24 hours of wearing it, which is completely unacceptable. When I contacted customer service to return it, I was told I could not because it was over 15 days from the purchase date—despite the fact that this was a holiday gift, meaning it obviously would not be worn immediately.

Instead of standing behind their product, the only option I was given was a replacement that would not be covered under warranty, which makes no sense considering the original item was clearly defective. Poor quality, inflexible policies, and unhelpful customer service. I would not recommend purchasing from this company, especially for gifts.

An awesome deal for the quality of chains offered. I had a hard time deciding which chain to get. I finally got a Miami Cuban Chain from Imperium and I can say I just made the right choice. Completely happy. Great company I would recommend them.

Best Company ever

I received a broken chain (which is a Christmas gift. I opened the package as soon as it was delivered to wrap it ) they are insisting it left in perfect condition. This means from them placing this order in a box and packaging it until it got to my doorstep it broke which is a quality issue. I asked for a refund but they have a no refund policy (as refunds are not an option for items in poor condition, no exceptions. This is their words even though it was sent broken) my only option is to except a replacement chain without a warranty which will not be here in time for Christmas. Terrible customer service! Scam

And I love it very much and a couple people noticed it at work and gave me a compliment but it is perfect you all are great there and I probably will be back to buy something else because you all are good at what you do! DO NOT BUY quality is terrible all of the photos you see on advertisement and website are really from GLD they don't honor their warranty either.

Placed my order over 10 days ago. One week after I was told the order had shipped, it was still waiting for a UPS pick-up. No help from their "customer service (or disservice) department. In the meantime, copious promotional emails. Why would I ever deal with this company again - they are nothing but trouble.

This company is a scum bag a big rip off they just give you what they wanna give you ask for a refund they over look it and ask for your order number and just send out more and say it voids you lifetime warranty and it's never what you asked for you go back and forth with emails until time runs out to return this company just a big L7 and everyone that's apart of this company don't waste your time and money go with some one you know and trust and I will be reporting them to the bbb asap

I purchased 3 chains. Once chain was to small and wanted to exchange it for a larger one. It’s still in the plastic wrap. I reached out to the awful customer at service and they said if I returned for exchange that it would no longer be covered by the warranty - even though they said “We want to inform you that this replacement will not have our Lifetime Warranty. The warranty only covers a single replacement or exchange process per item”. I said this would be the one exchange and they still will not honor the warranty. I just purchased this within the last week.

I order some chains and my package got missing and they replaced my order, when I received my order I was really impressed of the quality of those chains. Highly recommended. The customer service is top notch. I will definitely order something else.

8 inches was actually 7 and a half. So my bracelet just fits. Make sure of your size. From the reviews i read its hard to return, so I decided to not return and give it to some friend. The bracelet looks good but I will go thru Amazon for my next order of any jewelry.

I ordered a few things from here, some I returned as I liked a different style better than what I had ordered.the return process was good and I was satisfied. I ordered another item. I was extremely happy with the iced Cuban link chain and bracelet, it tangles a bit but looks great. Wonderful quality. I also received a free gold rope chain. I loved the quality and look. I have been wearing the gold rope chain everyday for the last 6 months without taking it off. It has not damaged , faded or changed colors. Very happy with the purchases. Highly recommend shopping here.

I had originally ordered 3 sets for $99. I had issues with delivery and the item was sent back. I reached out to customer service and I was able to get the return waived and the company made it right. The chains are stunning, I love the clip design and the shine of the chains ⛓️. In all I definitely will be ordering more 💯

They will not give me my refund, itt has been almost a month. Their website says 7 - 14 business days. I made the order by mistake. Their website says you can cancel within a couple of hours. I canceled in less than five minutes. They saw my cancelation and rushed to process my order instead of honoring their policy. I ship the unopened package right back to them the day after I received it. I just want my money. They are a scam. Do not buy

Well the deal first of all was amazing. Ive worn solid gold before. It is very expensive though and the 14K, 18K Gold plated looks, feels and shines just like the solid gold 14k, 18K. I did run into an issue and added an item by accident and I was refunded ASAP. Like literally 7 minutes after sending the email to correct it.
Thank so much! I will say I ordered from "GLD" and Jaxxon for my first pieces. I will say though these pieces may shine as much but maybe even brighter and the customer service was impeccable.

I was excited to see they were having a buy one get one chain free offer. I received the two chains and wanted to exchange one I didn't like. I was told that because this is a promotional item, it cannot be exchanged, which doesn't make sense because they're always having sales and so EVERY item is non-refundable according to that policy. Speaking of policies, nowhere in their return/exchange policy does it state that promotional items are not exchangeable/refundable. It is a SCAM. And I wanted to exchange it for a more expensive chain. They would have made MORE money.
