I liked how the jewelry was packed and the quality of workmanship. This is the best cross pendant I have ever had and the fine print was on par regarding quality. If your thinking of ordering from Imperium you should. You won't be disappointed! Best choice I made over having to think over other competitors!

I actually really like the jewelry I bought the $99 3 chains and they look good. I literally just bought another set and its definitely worth the price.

I was skeptical at first you know because there's a lot of advertising for jewelry. But I decided to give Imperium a try that was 3 months ago and I haven't taken off my 4 mm rope chain and I do construction everyday of my life the chain is still in Flawless condition which led me to buy the charm which I was super excited to receive the craftsmanship is top-notch and it is truly a beautiful piece I couldn't be happier with the products that they produce thanks again imperium.

This is the cutest pendant I've owned as a former female Golden Gloves boxer. It's not too big, and it's not small. I paired it with the iced Cuban link chain 8mm and have been obsessed with it. I've gotten so may compliments. The pendant has weight to it and it sturdy. You can tell it's made with a lot of care, love and quality.

Company is so fake just like there cheap jewelry. Also, their customer service is terrible and never responds back to anyone’s emails. I would not recommend purchasing from a company that is basically trying to steal your money and never hear a response from them.

I originally wrote that I hadn't been reimbursed for my purchase but eventually I did receive my money. The process did take a while but it eventually happened. I was extremely unhappy with the product though!

I wanted to step up my accessories without breaking the bank. I own moissanite earrings and rings, as the price to karat ratio is amazing in comparison to diamonds. I wasn't exactly looking to spend $500-$1000 on a moissanite tennis necklace, and seeing previous CZ next to Moissanite I was not expecting a lot to be honest. I have zero regrets with this purchase. Honestly did not know cz stones could look like this, and paired with the gold it's beautiful. My phone camera doesn't do this necklace justice. Pull the trigger.

They sell you things at deep discounts and then when you return them, they fraudulently refund you different amounts than what you paid for them. They scammed me for about $200 and gave me $29 back when I returned stuff. Their customer service is horrible and the quality and consistency of the gold coloring on their different types of jewelry is very inconsistent and cheap.

I returned a chain that was never worn for a refund because it did not match a bracelet. They emailed me that they received it with scratches and sent me a picture of who knows what other chain they had.
They offered to give me a credit to get something else from them. It’s been about a month and now they’re just not answering my request so I would definitely not buy anything from them that you think you might have to return because they lie about your item just so that they keep the item and not refund your money. This is the way they do business.

Received a Cuban gold chain, took out of plastic, tried on, didn't like it. Put it back in box and package arrived in and contacted company to process return. After they received return they sent me a pic with what they labeled as a scratch and denied the return. Said I could use the $150 to get something else.
Now they won't answer my communications. They won't refund me, they won't send me back what I already paid for and they won't tell me how to get a replacement. So essentially they've stolen from me. Buyer beware. I was prepared to give a good review on their refund process and support, now I'm just out money with nothing to show for it. If it's too good to be true, I know. Hoping this message saves others from being stolen from.

Their communication was very fast, and they made the process seamless.

Order a bracelet and a male necklace. I ordered it on December 17. I didn’t get it until 29 December. I tried to return the necklace and they said that it was past the 15 day return but I didn’t get it until the 29th when I got in touch with their chat line after the back-and-forth text. The final decision was they couldn’t do anything because I was passed the 15 day return

Really love the tennis chain, shines bright, clean look, easy open close clasp. Doesn't feel cheap at all. Really great feel and weight to the chain, will buy more.

Light dances all over this cluster chain......, it does NOT roll around the next as you move. Also put on the 10mm 22in Iced Cuban to compare the shine. My neck is 15.5 inches, 5'8, 205 lbs semi athletic build.

I would NOT get any chains or necklaces here. They are dainty and break easily within the first week of buying a gold chain here it had snapped without being handled roughly or tugged at or anything. It was for my husband for Christmas. His first outing with it on and it just fell off. It is overpriced jewelry that breaks off easily. Rip off. They don't respond to emails when you are reaching out to them about the broken product. They told me that all solid gold is sold as is and final. They didn't offer to fix or nothing. If you are looking to purchase real gold please do not shop with Imperium. I spent $389 on a necklace and it was so tiny and broke without a warning. Gave 1 star because it arrived fast but please BEWARE!!!!

Necklaces came super fast! The presentation was great too! The quality was top notch! Gave one away as a gift and kept the other two! The silver is on the left and gold is on the right!

Loving My order from Imperium sooo much. My chain has so far handled the sweat and water very well with it still shining like the second it came out of the box! Very fast shipping. 10/10 overall I am very satisfied.

I ordered 4 pieces of jewelry for my wedding. My order date was 12/28. Their website boast fast shipping 2-3 days. My delivery date has changed twice and I won’t receive anything until the 1/12. Won’t be here in time for my wedding. Pretty disappointing.

The chains are beautiful and the crosses are beautiful as well. I would recommend them.
