Well organised and a great experience. During the build-up Gee was fantastic and kept us informed of arrangements and updates. In Nice/Monaco, Jess did all she could with some challenges of no fault of Imperial. Fairmont hospitality was brilliant and an excellent view form the balcony over-looking the hairpin. We've been to many F1 hospitality (LV, Silverstone, Spa, etc) and this experience was up there with them.
Would thoroughly recommend.

We had a wonderful experience in Monaco F1 in May and at Beyoncé concert! Everything was well organised, we met great people as well. One staff member in particular, Gee, always goes above and beyond to look after us and to ensure we’re having the best time. Thank you Gee - we’re very grateful to you for many of our great memories!

Ourselves and everyone we spoke to who were in our party group staying in the same hotel, felt that the whole experience was significantly over priced and very poorly run. We were wrongly advised from the onset as to what to expect in the package and felt completely let down and quite simply 'ripped off'. A very basic calculation of what we received and what it would cost was about 45% of what we were all charged. The event staff at the hotel were unprofessional with one guest trying to get information from a very drunk staff member.
I have only given one star is it is not possible to give zero!!
Thank you for your latest response, but as there is no facility I can see for me to reply then I can only do this by editing my original post
Firstly I should correct you regarding the time you refer to as 12.15. It was actually around 09.00pm and the guest I spoke was quite clear about the state of sobriety of the staff member.
Secondly whilst you have every right to defend what you delivered. I can only disagree with you as would every other guest we spoke with, who were all of the same opinion, in that the event was significantly over priced and under delivered

Robbie Williams was great,
Question why did the people on same table with same package that booked through butler associates pay far less than ourselves, I don’t mind handling fees which you have charged on top of our tickets which where £899 each, butler associates £650 each, surely I should go straight to them do you not 🤔????

We had a great lunch at The Hinds Head, Bray followed by a boat ride to Windsor and an excellent evening’s racing. The preparation ahead of the day was faultless ( thanks to Martin Wolfe at Imperial) as was our host on the day itself ( Suzanne). A great and memorable experience.

The product was oversold. The charter flight was a low budget airline, the luxury transport was a delayed bus, the hotel in Cannes was a 25 min ride out of town. The train ride to the event required a train change. Flights were delayed by 3 hours each way which can be out of the organizers control but then they should jump in with refreshments during the delays. There was very little visibility of the support during the trip.
It felt like a low budget tour sold as a VIP Event.
No apologies for the delays in the airlines or the buses.
Would not be recommending them to friends or family

I had a great time at the Monaco GP. The staff from Imperial and Gulliver's had done a great job of the organising. They took good care of us during the entire trip.

The event was well organised. The hotel was ideal and the tickets put is in prime seats. A great weekend.

I went on the Monaco Grand Prix trip with Imperial. Charter Flight was in a very cramped ex Ryanair plane - hardly room for one's knees. Staff were fine and friendly and transfers all good. Hotel was not even in the next big town to Monaco, but in Cannes. 50 minutes away by train. However it was a good hotel and right next to the station. Big issue is that for the price there was nothing else included apart from race tickets. No access to one of the Cannes Film festival screenings, or even a coach trip to Eze or St Paul De Vence on the free saturday. Did not feel VIP. At the race, no programme was provided, no drinks vouchers. just ordinary. However the seats were well placed - opposite the pits and in front of a giant screen. Given how much people had paid - from £2000 to 2500 each, it was not brilliant value

Over all it was a good experience;
Two things to improve
1) The Grandstands were completely open with mo shade and it was very hot with direct sun...we didn't know this.
2) Our Diet was not catered for well even though we mentioned that 4 of us have dietary restrictions. Breakfast was extremely limited on all days....

It was supposed to be a corporate experience and in that respect it was lacking. I would have expected to be guided more than it was. The reception was fine, but there was a lack of information / mis information. The train we went to catch on advice, did not stop at the station. The next one was fine. Once in Monaco we were on our own and there were several corporate groups all being guided. At the end there were no trains of any kind back to Mandelieu from cannes. We should have been advised of this. I'm afraid it was not a corporate experience. Hotel was nice, too far away, seats were OK, train tickets were OK going, but useless coming back. We had this at a discount, had we paid full price we would be fuming.

Chartered aircraft went from LGW after being told it would be LHR, queues to a manual check in (2hrs before flight, like the old days, no online check in) were huge. Flight was very dated, on arrival in Nice, some pax took taxi to Cannes rather than jump on coach to hotel, we couldn’t depart until missing numbers verified, more delays and standing around, arriving by coach meant hotel check in was overloaded. “Drinks reception” was tokens for a few small beers. Hotel was beautiful, staff amazing! Race day travel was public train that was massively overcrowded and delayed, seats in stand were ok but zero hospitality at circuit. Return flight delayed, check in good, poor at passport control, carnage at boarding! Would not use again. Best bit was Saturday “day off”, went on a yacht in the harbour with the Green Room, would use them in future. This was a Gullivers Travels Sports event with a mark up.

Such a great night, fantastic entertainment from Eric Clapton (almost a given) but the hospitality provided was excellent. The food and drinks package did not disappoint. Many thanks to John Dart and the team at Imperial Events for organising an excellent evening.

Everything worked like clockwork from arriving at the 02 going to Gaucho restaurant where the meal was excellent and the staff very attentive, to getting into the arena finding our box getting seated over looking the stage, the staff in the box very attentive and helpful good selection of drinks getting out after the concert was hectic but it kept moving so not a real problem

The whole day was a wonderful experience, from the train journey on the British Pullman to Oxford, with breakfast and cocktails, to the beautiful lunchtime meal at Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons, and the return back to London. A beautiful and relaxing day, highly recommended!
