Hands down the most amazing experience, Kind George Day hosted by Imperial Corporate Events at Ascot.
The day was part of my 40th birthday celebrations, and exceeded all expectations. Nothing was too much for the staff, the food was exquisite and The Function Band, WOW they totally made the day and were phenomenal.
Thankyou Imperial for making such a special weekend out of this world. We will 100% be booking via you guys again, you thought of every detail to make it such a memorable and next level fantastic event!!

The third time we have been and the last. Food was very good . Standard of service well below average. One or two girls on the case, however food waiting staff useless but what do you expect when you employ kids with no experience . The lead singer kept shouting rather than singing. He also kept swearing as he thought he was in Oasis..what a bell…!!
Over and OUT !!

My recent experience at Ascot king George day organised by imperial corporate events was an unbelievable day from start to finish. I received a full itinerary explaining the day, I was welcomed by the imperial team and looked after fabulously all day. The function band were simply outstanding creating a brilliant atmosphere. We are already looking forward to next year.

I’ve worked with many hospitality providers over the years, both professionally and personally, and I can confidently say Imperial Events has been the worst experience by far.
Their sales tactics are relentless and aggressive. I received repeated calls—including weekends—from different phone numbers to bypass call screening. The representatives are trained to apply constant pressure, pushing for on-the-spot commitments with phrases like “last chance” or “extremely limited availability.” It’s a hard sell environment that leaves no room for reflection or due diligence.
One Saturday, while admittedly not in the best shape (hungover), I was pressured into securing a Glastonbury package with a 10% deposit. Most hospitality firms I deal with are understanding and flexible, especially given our history of regular bookings. Not Imperial. When I later explained that I could no longer attend due to my sons’ A-Level and GCSE exams, they dismissed it outright—and threatened legal action to pursue full payment, regardless of attendance.
Eventually, I was allowed to swap for what they called a “comparable experience” at the Wimbledon Men’s Final. We paid £35,866.20 for two tickets—booked back in October for a July event, so definitely not last-minute.
When we attended, it became obvious that others in the same package had paid £7,000–£8,000—£20,000 less than us. When I raised this, the response was shocking: no explanation, no credit, no goodwill gesture. Nothing.
This isn’t just unethical—it’s short-sighted business. Had they acted with integrity, they would have earned far more from our future bookings. Instead, they chose to squeeze every last penny out of one deal.
There are plenty of reputable, transparent hospitality providers out there. I think you should look elsewhere.
Don’t just take my word for it—read the many other reviews that echo the same concerns.

Had the most amazing experience on king George day at Ascot. The venue was brilliant, with great views of the racecourse. the staff were so professional and friendly. Food and drinks 10 out of 10. And what made the day even more special, was the live band playing around the room, and giving everyone the perfect lift for a fantastic day.

What a fantastic day we had at Ascot with Imperial Corporate Events. I’d go as far as saying the best day I’ve ever had at the races.
The food, service, and atmosphere created in the marquee was first class.
Can’t wait till next year.

Went to King George’s Day at Ascot on 26th July 2025. OMG! Amazing! I come every year and love it. I even feel this was the best one yet. The function band is amazing (a great variety of songs and lots of dancing), the food is excellent and the betting is awesome. Fantastic service from all the ICE staff and waiting staff at Ascot. Will most definitely be booking this again next year.

🌟 An Unforgettable Day Thanks to Imperial Corporate Events & the Amazing Dan! 🌟
Wow — where do I even begin? Our recent day out with Imperial Events to see Sabrina Carpenter live in Hyde Park, London was nothing short of magical, and it’s all thanks to Dan, our phenomenal host who turned a great event into a truly unforgettable family experience.
From the very first interaction, Dan was a total superstar — professional, welcoming, and bursting with positive energy. He went above and beyond every step of the way to make sure we were not only looked after, but that we felt like VIPs from start to finish. Whether it was organising the smooth entry, guiding us to the best spots, or checking in to make sure we were all having the time of our lives — Dan handled it all with a smile and genuine care. Honestly, it felt more like being looked after by a close friend than a host!
The event itself? Incredible. Sabrina Carpenter was phenomenal (as expected!), but what truly made the day special was how effortless and joyful Imperial made the whole experience. No stress, no queues, just pure enjoyment and the freedom to soak up every moment.
It’s rare these days to come across a service that not only meets but exceeds every expectation, and for that reason, I’ll absolutely be back to book future events with Dan and the Imperial Events team.
If you’re thinking about booking — don’t hesitate. Just do it. You’ll come away with memories to last a lifetime, just like we did.

10/10 — Amazing day, amazing host, amazing experience!

I recently joined a Monaco Grand Prix trip booked through Imperial Corporate Events. It was sold as a luxury experience for two people at a so-called “discounted” rate of £6,000 — but the overall delivery didn’t come close to justifying the cost.
The hotel was far from premium. The decor was strange and out of place — including mannequins dressed in what looked like old Michael Jackson and Elvis costumes — which made the space feel more like a themed attraction than luxury accommodation. The in-room amenities were also lacking, with a broken fridge and phone among the issues.
The “chartered flight” we were told to expect turned out to be a regular low-cost airline with group-booked seats — no exclusivity, no added comfort, and very different from how it was initially presented.
On-site support was minimal, and due to the overall quality of the trip, we decided to pay for alternative accommodation ourselves just to make the experience bearable.
Since returning, we’ve tried multiple times to raise these concerns directly with Imperial, but they’ve stopped responding to our emails. We also requested a breakdown of the package costs and still haven’t received any transparency.
This experience was not what was promised, and the lack of post-trip accountability has been very disappointing. I would advise others to approach with caution and ask for detailed, written confirmation of what’s included before committing to any booking.

We booked a Monaco Grand Prix package through Imperial Corporate Events, sold as a luxury experience at a ‘discounted rate’of £6,000 for two people. It wasn’t even worth £2,000. The reality fell far short of what was promised.
The hotel was well below expected standards , the decor was tacky with fake Michael Jackson costumes and that felt more like a novelty display than a premium environment. In-room facilities were not fully functional, with a broken fridge and phone among the issues.
The “chartered flight” that was promised was simply a standard low-cost airline with bulk-booked seats. It lacked any exclusivity or special service, which contradicted what we were led to believe during the sales process.
On the ground, support was minimal. We ended up booking and paying for our own accommodation just to salvage the experience. Since returning, we’ve made multiple attempts to raise our concerns directly with the company, but they are no longer responding to our communications.
We have asked for a breakdown of what was paid for but have received no clarity. The lack of transparency and post-trip engagement is extremely disappointing.

I had a brilliant time at Zach Bryan, organised by Greg at Imperial Events.
The whole process was incredibly smooth, and Greg made sure to give us a 5 ⭐️ experience 💫
