The privet hedging was very…
The privet hedging was very disappointing. There was no growth at the base of the plants (the bottom 12 inches had no growth) and as I paid extra for 3 foot privet I consider I have paid extra for nothing! Also one of the privet was in a very poor state and had to be revived with lots of water.

Ordered 100 Beech Trees for planting along a fence and they arrived in great condition. Why people are leaving bad reviews for lateness is beyond me. The website couldn't be clearer about this due to the current situation.

Purchased x30 Buxus hedging root ball on pallet - good quality, healthy looking plants supplied. Root balls were rather dry on delivery - but plants appeared to be fine.

Find an alternative supplier!
Ordered a while back and delivery delayed (due to Coronavirus). All accepted, other than the fact that the proposed delivery of between 14-21 days will not actually materialise. I've just noticed that 'Impact Plants' is also Hedges Direct' and an order placed with Hedges direct a month ago today has still failed to arrive. I've also heard nothing from the company, despite a recent email requesting an update.

Good sales experience
Good sales experience, and some fab plants.
However, after-sales doesn't work. I had to send two bushes back - out of over thirty ordered, and a total spend of ~£500. One was replaced: the other hasdn't despite promises. Four emails later - nothing.
So an average score overall. If only they'd kept their word on replacements, they'd have got 5 stars

I will not be using these again!
Order hadn't turned up after week & a half, when notified they said hadn't got plants in 3l pots (only 2l - but were same height) but could have notified me rather than waiting so long. This was a £200 order for a planting scheme that couldn't be delayed so had no option at this point but to agree to have them.
All I was offered in compensation was £15 off or 2 extra plants! When plants arrived they were like sticks, not the bushy samples I had ordered previously!!
I will never use these again!
