I’m delighted with my beech hedge trees. Fantastic packaging and arrived very healthy. They have grown in height already. I would definitely buy again.

Laurels arrived earlier than expected which was a pleasant surprise.The bushes were tightly wrapped which caused a few to be slightly damaged but since we planted them they are all doing great.

Ordered pot grown beech hedging plants, they arrived within the 21 days specified and were in great condition. Well packaged for transportation and I will be using this company again.

Excellent plants, healthy and strong. Well packed and secure when delivered. Could have emailed the advise when they were going to be delivered but at the moment not really an issue as everyone is home for delivery.

We're very pleased with our order of 3 box plants, they came well protected and look really healthy. They were just what we were looking for to give structure the the new flower bed.

I was shocked at the appalling state of the plants. They had been thrown around and were not healthy. They also didn't look like they had been pot grown as described. Customer service was also seriously disappointing. Deeply unsatisfactory. I was really annoyed. I would ever shop here again. Recommend you stay away!

Excellent plants delivered just over 4 weeks after placing the order.

Given the situation, the plants did take a long time to arrive but only a week after the expected delivery date. Ordered boxus balls which turned up fine. One did have a split pot but not a disaster.

We are absolutely delighted with Impact’s plants. They are of excellent quality and a good size. All were very well packed and arrived safely. The team at Impact also provide a wonderful customer service replying promptly and making us feel like our custom is valued. We shall definitely be using them again and would like to thank them for going to so much trouble to get our order to us efficiently during the current pandemic.

Delivery was very late, and whilst we understand the challenges ref Covid at this time, it was frustrating that no estimated deliveries were provided to any of our requests..
Also we received Rhododendrons instead of Hydrangea which was very disappointing..
