I was charged $150(feul coupon be canceled) because just 35 minites late when return the caravan, although staff been really helpful, but I don't agree with that because I recall when I pickup the car, the waste water pipe was stuck and waste water was also full. I was confused because there's no waste water flow out from the pipe when I open it with the light show it is full, until I try to clean it by a stick. That waste me hours.
I was late also because unpredictable traffic when drop my family in city.
I hire this car for five days, and got lot panelty for only using 4 days and few hours more, that is some kind of cruel

The trip itself was wonderfull.
After booking the trip, I received a confirmation email. After that, I didn't receive any more information.
When I arrived at the pick-up point, they asked if I had watched the video with instructions. I had never received this, and it was only when I arrived that I found out you need a credit card, as debit cards are not accepted.
In the end, everything went well, but it's a shame that the “preparation” wasn't there.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This company ruined our holiday. I booked and payed for a 4 seater RV, and they changed the booking without telling me to a 3 seater. Our holiday was ruined as we couldn't sleep in the camper van, we had to pay for last minute hotels which was very expensive.When we complained, the guy tried to charge us for a something that was already broken. The customer service is abysmal, they are unreachable by phone and take weeks to reply on email. If you don't want your holiday ruined don't book here!!
Our relocation was amazing! The booking process was smooth and we had our relocation confirmed quickly. It was really simple to both collect and drop off the vehicle which made the whole trip much more enjoyable. The staff at both locations were lovely, very helpful and informative. I’d recommend doing a relocation deal if possible because it saves a lot of money and is very easy.

Be aware when they advertise a vehicle, it doesn't mean it's available. They happily took my money at the time of booking and then refunded it 2 days later saying the vehicle was not available. I was within the booking period and conditions but still not available. The ad remained up for those 2 days while they made their mind up, taking bookings from anyone else who was interested. This practice would be bordering on illegal under the ACCC policies of taking money for something that isn't actually for sale. Buyer beware. And please don't say it's up to our suppliers, you are the company selling the service.

We had a good experience relocating a motorhome from Alice Springs to Darwin - we needed transportation and we didn’t need to do any site-seeing so this was ideal for us! It’s a great price and the booking/returning process is very smooth. The vehicle was great and had everything we needed!
Our only negative was that, on pick-up, we were told the information about the vehicle and return process etc. would be sent through to us via email. We never received this email, which meant that, on drop-off, we hadn’t refilled the gas as we weren’t aware we had to. They kindly let this go, but in future I’d be making sure I had all information in writing before taking the vehicle.

Overall the simplicity of signing up, and selecting a vehicle relocation option was a well laid out procedure with Imoova, and made the new experience a positive one.
I drove a diesel Kia Carnival from Perth, Western Australia to Sydney, New South Wales. Picked the vehicle up July 30th and delivered it August 8th. All fuel, accommodation, and meal costs were on me to pay for.
Always make sure you take clear photos of every panel of the vehicle you will drive. Make sure you include clear phots of all windows. I also took a video of a walk around of the vehicle.
Since the vehicle was presented to me clean and washed, that is how I returned it.
The drop of one star is due to the following:
1) One part of the details Imoove needs better clarification is with regard to their writing about the BOND we, the renter, have with the renting company, which in my case was UR Drive. Imoova states the bond is returned once vehicle is delivered. It is not. UR Drive will continue to keep hold of the bond amount until the vehicle is inspected (not necessarily done at delivery), and any tolls and/or fines come through their system. Then they return the bond in whole or part.
2) Imoova does not release who you are relocating for until after you commit. It would be much better for us to know the who and what, not just the what. Not knowing the who caused the most concern for me; I did not know if the company I would be relocating for was reputable or not.
3) The pick up and delivery times are determined by the rental company. Imoova has no control over this. My delivery time was for 10am. I arrived just before and the office was locked. I just happened to catch the attention of an associate who was about to drive off. If I had arrived on time the office would be locked and no one to turn the vehicle over to. There were no instructions as to what to do with the vehicle’s keys. This also meant the was no inspection of the vehicle at drop off time.
It was wonderful trip for us. As foreigners, we got to know how beautiful Australia is. Campervan is the best way to experience nature and culture with our proper food especially in outback.

All of the experience was good, the only thing I have a serious concern about and need to note is how the customer service communicated and treated the customer in chat messages. Will is his name, writing in capslock, offensive attitude, and using "!" multiple times to delivered his messages, due to our confusion regarding extra fees days that I believed is not clearly addressed in the beginning.
My suggestion to avoid the same thing that probably could have happened to other travellers is to make it clear that "Payment made at booking" and "Payable to the rental company" are separate payments and write the total fee that the customer should pay. However, please train and review again the customer services behaviour and attitude. In NZ, we as customers are protected by law to ask our questions or to express our concerns. We treat the customer services with kindness and respect, and we expect they are doing the same to us. Thank you
The car is too old, with a mileage of 30,000 miles. It is not equipped with cruise control for convenience.

I recently had the absolute pleasure of taking part in an Imoova relocation from Rockhampton to Brisbane, and it was hands-down one of the most enjoyable travel experiences I’ve had!
From the moment I boarded my early morning flight to Rockhampton, the excitement was building. After landing, the process was smooth and well-organised, Imoova had everything lined up, including a friendly transfer to the pick-up location.
Then came the highlight, being handed the keys to a massive 6-berth motorhome (or as I like to call her, the “6th Bertha”). Driving her back to Brisbane was such a unique and fun experience. The route offered plenty of scenic views, and the whole trip felt like a perfect mix of adventure and comfort.
Everything from communication to vehicle condition was spot-on. Imoova made the process effortless, and the combination of a quick flight, a memorable drive, and the novelty of relocating such a large motorhome made this an experience I’ll be talking about for a long time.
I’ll definitely be keeping an eye out for more relocations, highly recommended for anyone wanting a fun, affordable, and different kind of travel adventure!

The support from iMoova was okay. However, their suppliers asks to watch some videos before picking up the van, but they don’t actually tell you the exact make and model, so I couldn’t watch them beforehand. I picked up the motorhome in Sydney and drop it off in Melbourne.

We had a great first time trippers. The motorhome was ready to go, the staff were great.
Each day we allowed travel time plus about 1.5 to 2 hrs for sightseeing.
We are definitely going to do this again.
